This was a very cozy bungalow, I felt right at home. Love that the dogs had a great neighborhood to walk in and neighbors were super friendly. I love having the option to kayak, beach toys for the kids, fire pit and chairs out back. Also, loved the roses and morning glories.

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

I stayed at Kathryn's Beach bungalow with 3 friends for a long weekend and it was perfect! we loved spending the majority of our time walking on the beach and sitting on the back deck. We saw so many birds, turtles and horseshoe crabs it was so neat! Kathryn was very responsive to any questions we had and was also very accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out times, allowing us to enjoy the most of our weekend! I'd highly recommend her place to anyone looking to just relax by the beach, but still have plenty of restaurants/wineries about 20-30 minutes away :)

Lee Ann and Rich were amazing hosts--they were flexible with my late night check-in time and were excellent at communicating with me before, during, and after my stay at their place. The place was blocks from the beach, just as they described, and they had everything I needed for my stay right there. It was perfect for a short weekend getaway. I would highly recommend!

The Neptune home was unique in our experience, with its witty, chic decor, unusually inviting and well thought out. With regard to the level of care and trust put into her offering, it was unlike most Airbnbs that we have experienced. We were comfortable and delighted. Our only issue was with the automated August door lock, which once we mastered it, worked fine. (We are in our 70s and grew up with actual keys. )The location is not by the beach or within walking distance from town, but rather is tucked into a block of small homes. We found it to be safe and quiet, and knew that we would be remote and reliant on our car going in. This home has so much to offer, it fully compensates for its location, which is a close drive to everything.

Ali’s house was great for me and my family. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The kitchen was well appointed and the porch was great for extra space, especially during rain storms. I was surprised it was also so quiet considering the proximity to Jenks. A great family vibe.

Perfect place for a long weekend in Beach Haven! Everything in the house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having the outdoor patio space for dining or to unwind after an afternoon at the beach with our family. Maureen was a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful and we got to enjoy all the perks of being a few minutes from Bay Village and Fantasy Island. Had a great time!
