The home comfortably sleeps four and includes hot tub access. We live on-site and are happy to assist throughout your stay. Enjoy the shore at this fully renovated luxurious beach house. This 3 bedroom 2 bath (with sleeper Sofa) can sleep up to 12 people. The space has been recently renovated. New kitchen, new bathrooms, brand new carpets, and hardwoods. An amazing in ground heated pool, with 8ft privacy fence highlight the back yard. The back yard also features ample seating, a fire pit, and a brand new 7 person hot tub. This is the perfect getaway for any family or families looking for fun at the jersey shore.

Stocked w/ everything you need: hot tub, gas fireplace, beach supplies, bikes, bar cart, seasonal outdoor shower, 2 fire pits, picnic table, screened in porch w/dining table & lounge area! Fun, seasonal beach bar (Harpoons) walking distance!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

The Cottage at Marsh Creek (with hot tub!)

Cottage less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park! Relax in the YEAR ROUND HOT TUB, enjoy the 50" Smart TV, & sleep in the comfy gel memory foam king size bed! The house comes with two inflatable SUP board. Dog friendly! Peaceful surroundings. The park has tons of trails for hiking, as well as fishing & water sports. The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The shared pool and hot tub are available from May 5th to October 5th. Please, no parties or smoking inside!
