Comfy cottage nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and furniture. Close to everything and the host was great.

Great location a little outside town. Perfect setting and great small place for my mom and I and are dogs to spend the weekend. We were able to walk the canal every morning and have an active day.

A wonderful place to Get-away, have a working vacay, appreciate the outdoors. It's quiet and rests the eyes. Our family agreed that this home is like a ski chalet not on a mountain but rather in Miniature America Maryland on a river. Would love to return.

It was a quick one night stay at the farm, but we enjoyed our stay, as well as seeing the horses and alpacas. Peter is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

We were looking for a last minute family trip to Lancaster for a train ride and to visit an Amish farm. We were traveling with our 4 children under 5 and Dorothy was extremely accommodating. She offered us fresh milk from their cows and kept it raw by special request due to some of our kids lactose intolerance from pasteurized milk. The fresh bread and jam, eggs from their hens which we could see outside our kitchen window, made the homestead life seem so simple lovely and enjoyable (I’m sure it takes a lot of hard work to keep up with - they do a phenomenal job and I was so grateful to share a small moment of that). They provided a crib and an extra mattress on the floor for our kids. The space was cozy, very clean and we felt right at home. It rained for a little while we were there and Dorothy had legos and books available which the kids enjoyed. When it wasn’t raining we were able to walk their beautiful property. The kids really enjoyed the tree swing, playground and trampoline.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Gaile’s beautiful, historic property for our daughter’s college graduation. Perfect setting for a small gathering on the expansive patio. Loved the home and surrounded by nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again. Being with our extended family, space was very important. This home had plenty of space for adults and kids alike. We loved the open kitchen and large round table for family meals and easy conversation. The kids loved hanging out and playing on the 3rd floor. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed.

This is the first time we've booked one of the cottages at Willow Creek, though we know the area well. Malvasia is perfect for one or two persons, providing privacy and plenty of trees as green backdrop. The vineyard itself is in your sights, and the Nature Conservancy property is nearby (as is the state park). Will return.

I really enjoyed staying here. The tiny home is really well appointed, comfortable and had everything I needed. The surroundings on the farm were really peaceful and the property itself is ~15-20 minutes from so many great breweries, beaches etc. Really excellent stay.

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

If I had to describe Amy‘s place in one word, it would be perfect. The cottage is quaint and very private. We enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the deck while watching the geese, chickens, and sheep. We even saw some baby sheep. Absolutely magical! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was comfy. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay there again.

Location couldn’t be more perfect! Very quiet, loved hearing all the birds and even saw some wildlife while lounging on the deck! Minutes from all there is to do in Cape May! Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Thanks Wendy!

Wonderful place. Highly recommend. Got very hot though and fan was not helping since we didn’t feel the AC at all. There was a remote that we thought was for the AC but after turning it on we did not feel it cool off at all. Everything besides that was fine.

The stay was amazing. We had a great experience. Geoff is such a responsive and kind host. He went above and beyond my expectations. Every question or accommodation I had during my stay was answered immediately. Our car-key actually got bent while leaving, he even helped us fix it. He’s an awesome host and the house and property is beautiful. There are so many amenities. Would love to come back.

This BNB is in an idyllic setting with towering trees, multiple birds, and visiting geese and deer. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each day and taking it all in. The accommodations are quite lovely and more than adequate. The kitchen had all we needed. The beds were comfortable. The wall-to-wall carpet upstairs was so cushy on my bare feet, but too slippery for doing yoga. If you have mobility issues, it may be a bit challenging. My husband has Parkinson's Disease, so the flight upstairs was too steep for going down for him so he slept downstairs and was able to manage the four steps from that room to get to the downstairs full bath. I did need to assist him in getting into the tub shower there, as he needs grab bars. He did like it, but as his disease progresses . . . Kelly was super and we were pleased with our peaceful stay.

We had a great weekend at the carriage house! Drue was very communicative and the house was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed feeding the goats and swinging on the tire swing! Would highly recommend!

Our small family stayed at the River Barn for two months during a renovation at our main home. It was so quiet and cozy! We loved the airy light and great bird watching towards the woods through the big windows. Amazing view is the sunsets as well. While small, it’s roomy at the same time and was perfect for us. John and Carla were very nice and always helpful. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Spotless, super well equipped, large house in great location. I loved all the coffee options (from Kruger to Nespresso, including a milk frother). Scott was easy to communicate with. The house truly has everything you need, from beach chairs to cookware in great condition to sidewalk chalk. 100% recommend and hope to be back!

I had the nicest stay at Donnas Place. I got a Personal in person greeting when I arrived. The setting was beautiful, Peaceful, kind of a dream come true. My Dogs were welcome and had a beautiful place to run and play frisbee. Many flowers were blooming in this beautiful farm setting. Donnas Place was one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. She was always responsive and easy to reach. Would definitely stay again.

Patrick place was a really peaceful and relaxing vacation. The outdoor space was purely magical and restorative.
