Kangassaari - the kingdom of peace

A large beach patio and a large jetty bring comfort to the beach and what could be better than jumping from the jetty into the lake in the summer heat while enjoying a sauna. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

Cottage in Pitkäjärvi, Parikkala

The cottage is located near the border zone in Parikkala's Three Shore, on the shore of the beautiful Lake Pitkäjärvi. The distance to the center of Parikkala is about 10 km. The cottage has a kitchenette, a sleeping alcove with a double bed, plus a 1-bed bed on the side of the cottage. There is a wood-burning sauna attached to the cottage. In the Sointula cottage, you will spend a comfortable holiday relaxing on the shores of Lake Saimaa. The cottage is located in the municipality of Taipalsaari in the peace of the countryside. Sointula is a two-storey winterized cottage with a beautiful lake view from the upper floor and terrace. The cottage has its own gentle beach with a hard gravel bottom. You can also swim from the dock. There is a rowing boat and life jackets. Many of the guests are enthusiastic about fishing because they have had a good catch.

In a separate yard building, the feeling of cottage accommodation almost in the city center in an idyllic detached house area. Quiet location for 2-3 people to stay. A separate building in the yard with a sauna and a room with a loft and a bed that can fit 2-3 people in total. The laver can be spread out to make a 140 cm bed, with a mattress for one on the loft. A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

Log cabin with beach sauna

Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Saat valmiiksi pedatun sängyn pellavalakanoilla, kylmän jääkaapin ja oman eteläsuuntaisen hiekkarannan. Muutaman kilometrin päässä on Puumala Golf, Sulkavan linnavuori ja paljon muutakin nähtävää. Voit soutaa, saunoa ja grillata. Rakennuksessa on aurinkosähköt, joilla voit ladata puhelimen ja saat valoa illalla. Marjat ja sienet voit kerätä omasta metsästä.
