The cottage is located near the border zone in Parikkala's Three Shore, on the shore of the beautiful Lake Pitkäjärvi. The distance to the center of Parikkala is about 10 km. The cottage has a kitchenette, a sleeping alcove with a double bed, plus a 1-bed bed on the side of the cottage. There is a wood-burning sauna attached to the cottage. There are air heat pumps in both floors, so it is comfortable to stay even it is heat outside. You can get to the berry and mushroom fields directly from the yard. There are different kinds of hobby tools for children: football and ice hockey goals, frisbee-golf basket and two sup-boards.

The log cottage was handbuilt in the nineties. Suitable for 1-2 persons. (120cm wide bed inside) Pets are also welcome. Good location for outdoor activities in Finnish nature.
