The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling, has an 18 jet soaking tub jacuzzi & raindrop shower. The loft is a peaceful haven from the city.

Self-contained Annex with independent entrance at rear of building. Peaceful location 100 yards from Happy Valley. 25 minute walk from Coulsdon South Station with a regular 30 minute train service to central London. After 11.30 at night, the train service can be a little unreliable. Cosy annex with bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower, comfortable living room with TV and Internet. Small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Outside London ULEZ zone

Our bright and cosy Airbnb is a self-contained annex, with its own private entrance. Ideally located moments from Mill Hill Thameslink, the park, the local shops, cafes and restaurants and places of worship. Strictly no smoking inside or on the premises. Please note: our Airbnb is NOT suitable for children, babies or students. If you are coming from abroad, Luton Airport is easily accessed by Thameslink depending on flight arrivals/ departures times - it does not run 24/7. Please check.

A daybed sofa that’s a comfortable single bed for the third guest, chairs for hanging out, or eating around the dining table.

Cosy annex to family home. I refurbished my home including building a new private garden suite. Private entrance leads to a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open out onto patio and garden. The is a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal and snacks are provided free of charge Ask any questions, look forward to hosting guests Note there is no kitchen in the unit, it is a bedroom and bathroom.

Treat yourself to some time out in our peaceful self contained loft space and enjoy access to complementary therapies available on request in the adjoining therapy room with fantastic views over London . The loft has an on suite shower room and kitchen for your use only . The space is accessed via our family home .
