Holiday rentals with a patio in South Northamptonshire District

Couldn't fault anything! Spotlessly clean, everything as described, nice quiet area. Tesco and huge Sainsbury's both within walking distance. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in the area!

accommodation faithful to the description, clean, quick access, the host responds quickly and to all questions, the only thing that bothered us was the noise of the ventilation in the bathroom, apart from that I highly recommend the accommodation, it is equipped, close to all amenities, with a park close by to relax or play sports.

I was staying for a party in the area, so needed to drop my car early and check in late in the evening, which was readily accommodated. The space itself was a very nice, clean and well set up annexe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen set up for cooking if needed - with a fridge. All in all I was delighted, would have been perfect if I'd needed a few days away for work too.

Would recommend this stay for anyone looking to stay in the oxford area! It was a short trip to the city center by uber or bike (or for those with more time, even a walk). Louisa and Simon were always responsive, before and during our stay and extremely accomodating with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

this house was in a nice area not too far from town, perfect for a few days away with the welcomed dog. the house was well equipped with everything you need for a short break, comfortable beds and nice and quiet.

What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

We loved our time in the Jasmine Cottage! After 5 busy days sight seeing in London, this was the perfect place to stay with our 8 and 5 year old sons to just relax and enjoy a slower paced few days. A 1 minute walk (at most) to the town shops, restaurant, and water. Everything looked exactly like the photos, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location could not have been better. We already miss it and will look back fondly on our time at Jasmine Cottage for many years to come!

We spent two nights here and were absolutely overwhelmed by how wonderful this place is. I’ve truly never experienced such warm and genuine hospitality. There’s something here for everyone! My father was overjoyed with all the amazing cars on display, and even my dog had a great time exploring and enjoying the nature. This place is definitely worth a visit – we’ll be back for sure!

Stayed here to help move my son into the area. Its perfectly located near to Daventry. Lovely pub and chippy at the White Horse a few doors up where we had a lovely welcome from the Landlady Becky. The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. It was perfect to just chill out there after a very hot ( during the heatwave) and stressful day. We will definately book again.

Very spacious house with comfortable beds, heaps of room for socialising in the home and the garden. Massive kitchen which would serve well for a longer stay. The house is clearly intended for letting so is geared for that use rather than quainter more personal places. Super convenient location for events near sliverstone. Quiet and safe area. Nice host who allowed us to have a flexible arrival time.

The stay was great! Perfect spot to visit with family in Brackley and enjoy the area.

Samuel is a great host with a very fair set of instructions and house rules. The property itself was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay and was easy to find. Samuel's response time was efficient with everything we needed to know. The property was close to the nearby supermarket and restaurants/takeaway. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

It’s a good choice for living in Uppingham, I spent a pleasant time here!

We had a fantastic stay at Ros’s place, it is so peaceful and beautiful with lots of space in the apartment. Ros was really friendly and helpful, with great recommendations of things to do around the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Ros :)

Alisa was absolutely wonderful host, and their home was lovely! We were even greeted by their two dogs and had the curry girls eggs and they were fresh and tasty! 😋 We had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay (the cake and ice cream were amazing!) Slept beautifully and cannot recommend this place enough. Will be back if we are in the area again :)
