Brand new beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steal appliance. Spa like bathroom. The price is based on double occupancy any additional guest will be charged $40 per guest per night Dog fee is $30 per dog maximum 2 dogs. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
