Just what we wanted, somewhere near to shops and restaurants and not a million miles from places we wanted to visit.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed and more! Very welcoming to us and our dog. We shall be back!

I stayed at Francesca’s place for a week while I was in Oxford to attend my course module. It’s a great location with plant of restaurants and shops near by. It was an easy walk for me to get to Computer Science department for the regular classes. I really appreciated how responsive and proactive Francesca was throughout my stay. The place was clean and had everything that I needed.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location. The apartment is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The shower is a bit small but workable. Central location with grocery stores and many restaurants within walking distance - yet peaceful location on the river bank.

Mark and Lesley were wonderful hosts -- very responsive and helpful without being overbearing. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and light-filled (when the English weather cooperates.) It feels bigger in person than the pictures might suggest and has everything you need, including a combination washer/dryer. I stayed for around a month and found it to be a comfortable and peaceful spot. The walk along the river from the nearby New Hinksey park was a highlight. For me it took about 20 minutes to get to Christ Church (closer to 30 to get to the Weston Library), but I am a slow walker. It is a nice walk and there are convenient buses if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I greatly enjoyed my time in Oxford and this flat was perfect. I had plenty of space, the location is beautiful, and it’s close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Luigi was extremely friendly and personally came to check in and check out which was very helpful. The place is extremely clean and tidy and has everything you would need. It is a quick very scenic walk to the center of town. There is also an available free parking spot, which is great because parking is very tough in town! It was a wonderful trip! The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was in a idyllic, peaceful location. There was lots of country walks neaby. Chantal and William were really helpful with all the check-in information. The cottage itself was immaculate, cozy and warm. It exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this place if you're after a nice quiet retreat. I also recommend the local village pub for a nice friendly pint.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. We’ve had a lovely stay at this property in Henley. Perfect location quiet but close to the center of town including a short 4 minute walk to the river front. We got an early check in and the host was really helpful and responsive. The property was super clean with everything we needed for the weekend as a family of 6. We enjoyed a day out on a boat which is one thing you can do if you are staying here for the weekend, along with visit the local pubs and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

Elinor was a lovely host who was super responsive and clear about instructions to find the location. Elinor greeted me and showed me through the property and was so gracious in extending the check out time to make a later train!! Loved my stay and would look to book again if ever in the area!

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!

Fantastic accommodation! Comfortable, cozy, very clean and well-maintained, perfect for business stays or medium/long-term visits. I stayed in this accommodation for a long-term stay and needed a space with a kitchen. The apartment truly has everything you need and more – it's very functional and equipped with thoughtful touches that make the stay really pleasant. The kitchenette and the kitchen area in general are perfect even for one person and well equiped. It's located in a convenient area, close to green spaces and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Supermarkets are nearby. Cathy is truly an exceptional host, always available for any need, very communicative, and quick to respond if anything comes up. A super positive experience – highly recommended, even for long stays.

This well-maintained accommodation is exactly as described. Greg goes above and beyond the expectations with his great attention to detail. I was delighted to find a welcome basket of fresh fruits and the provision of DVDs, books, and magazines (in addition to the TVs). The location is in the heart of Headington. Very close to a large variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a local outdoor market, and a large park for leisurely walks or practice sports. Public transport stops for local travel, nearby cities, and airport connections are also just a few minutes away.

Jane was nice, greeted my girlfriend and I as soon as I parked up. Showed us a tour of where we would be staying and was open if any help was needed. Lovely area.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host. Vanessa was very helpful and communicative. The property was as described and alot more spacious than the photos showed, the bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower, beds were comfy and I slept very well, ideal base for the surrounding area and very peaceful and remote but very secure. Enclosed private area for guests, which was great for the dog, all I can say is there was everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Elaine's apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Elaine left plenty of towels for our use. The shower was roomy and nice and powerful. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for being able to get to and from the high street on foot. The secure car park was easy to access. There are lots of places of interest within short driving distances. We were able to use the balcony which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Elaine's apartment and hope to stay there again.

What a beautiful place to stay, incredibly well equipped and designed and decorated to a really high standard, beautiful wrap around balcony - we were lucky enough to have amazing weather to enjoy it. Simple instructions to get in and out, immaculately clean - we loved our stay. A luxury apartment for a luxury price.

Had a wonderful stay in Sally’s flat. It is decorated beautifully and stocked with every amenity guests’ need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The kitchen has lovely dishes and cookware, and the location is very convenient within walking distance of everything in Marlow and the Thames Path. Sally was so responsive, from initial booking through making sure everything was fine after arrival and departure. This was my first stay, but will be my home away whenever in this area.
