Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. We are located in the interior of Nova Petrópolis, in a bucolic village called Nove Colônias, 15 minutes from the center. Our chalet was built entirely of native Brazilian pine, providing warmth and comfort to our guests. The chalet is equipped with a hot tub with panoramic views, fireplace, air-conditioning, smart TV with 130 channels, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), full kitchen, plus a deck with hammocks and valley views.
