The space was once a school from 1950 to 2002 (where my mother was a teacher) and today it has been fully restored to combine comfort, design and Italian tradition. Here you will find tranquility, nature and the typical hospitality of the mountains, with mountains, vineyards, lakes and araucaria trees all around. It has a unique view of an infinity pool and, in the background, a panoramic horizon of the Devonian Escarpments. Located in Condado de Prata, in the interior of Nova Prata, Toca da Araucária is a themed underground building, handcrafted by the family. It's the first TOCA in BRAZIL! The house accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child (in the same room, a double bed and a 1.5m sofa bed), a private bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a minibar, stove, microwave and utensils. We love pets, but we don't allow large dogs.

The experience of living moments in a treehouse is indescribable! We offer alternative and cozy accommodation in one of the highest places in Jaraguá do Sul. Nature in the mountains is vibrant! The sound of the wind swaying the trees, the singing of birds, squirrels and chipmunks surrounding the entire house make up this harmony. We believe that nature is our home and with a lot of love and zeal for it, we want to offer our guests that same energy.

We are 4.3 km (7 minutes) from the city center. Located on the site next to our house on Linha Ávila Alta 2087, all paved route. The house is hand-built, with a green roof and large garden. It accommodates 4 people, 2 bedrooms (queen bed and double bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with minibar, stove, electric oven, electric coffee maker, grill and utensils. Bed and bath linens are also available, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
