Complete property with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half-bath, pantry, kitchen, covered garage, balcony, barbecue area. We leave bed linens. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (second floor), 1 bedroom with fans (third floor mezzanine). * VISITORS are not allowed inside. * The use of car stereos or any sound equipment is not allowed.
