What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

A home-scented experience and welcoming soul. We stayed in Gramado, Lalahaus, and don't have enough words to describe how special this stay was for our family. From the first instant, we were greeted with so much affection that we felt as if we were returning home. The house is incredibly cozy, full of details that convey care and affection. Each environment welcomes, comforts and invites to rest. Breakfast is a chapter apart: prepared with dedication and a lot of love, fresh out of the oven's cake. A true celebration of the mornings with the family. What delighted our girls most was the ample green space around the house, perfect for playing, running and exploring safely and freely. Seeing their smile, light and happy in the midst of nature, was a gift. Without a doubt, it was the best place we've ever stayed in. More than a journey, we live moments of peace, connection and genuine joy. We recommend

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our bags until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though there was only one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. One confusion I had was whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or part of the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

New apartment, cozy, well decorated, clean, very well located and with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. The host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with whatever is needed. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.

We spend 7 days at Noemi's accommodation and love the stay. We feel at home, with all the utensils in the kitchen, spacious and organized bathroom, spacious room as well. We love that the house has a balcony with a barbecue and a hammock to rest. In addition to the comfort, the accommodation is very close to the beach, and can be reached on foot. We recommend!

This was our second time in the apartment and our family had a lot of fun! The apartment is perfect, with plenty of space, a charming backyard, a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful heated pool! We found the impeccable, clean and cozy apartment! The convenience is great! Nearby some of Gramado's top attractions! The host was always quick in the replies and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. Patrícia also welcomed us very well and was instrumental in a very quiet stay! We can't wait to go back!

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the place is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather didn't cooperate, as it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.
