Kid-friendly holiday rentals in South Ribble District

We had a lovely stay in a very nice village. Mattress was a little on the harder side but was more than made up for by the rest of the house, the location and all the things the host has done to make it a great place to stay. Can't wait to visit again

Had an excellent weekend away celebrating our mums 80th Birthday! Everything there for all the different age ranges from 15-80 year olds always something to do! Host was always at the end of a text for any assistance that was needed! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! Will definitely recommend & use again. x

This bungalow was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the property had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again - in fact, I’d happily move in!!

This place is so worth the money, the host is responsive and always happy to help with any questions you have. The place was clean and had lovely facilities incase you forgot anything. Beautiful garden. Train station not to far away. We stayed for Parklife festival and was easy for us to uber to and from the festival every single day. Parking wasn’t an issue either. would recommend.

One of the best holiday rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Lindsay has thought of everything, it is super comfortable and easy. The view is amazing, and the location was perfect for us as walkable from my parents’ house and from local restaurants etc in Horwich. Lindsay was friendly, flexible and super responsive. Hoping to be back for a future family stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The decor is stylish and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described- if not better! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable or charming place to stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

Stacey is great host, instructions extremely clear and apartment is lovely. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the Airfryer was a pleasant surprise! Home away from home, would definitely recommend!

What a place! Far better then my fiends 4* hotel. 4 mins walk frim the winter gardens, 3 mins walk to the shopping centre, 9 mins walk from Blackpool North train station. So clean and tidy. I slept on the sofa bed and had a few goods night sleep. I couldnt fault it. Towels, bedding, kitchen fully fitted (utensils etc). I will stay again!!!

Exactly as described. Set up with everything needed for a self catering stay. Central location to shops and beach. The flat decor is a little tired but was clean and comfortable.

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Beautiful apartment over 2 stories. Lovely large lounge and dining area. 5 minute walk to the town centre with all the shops, pubs and restaurants.

Really lovely wee place - gives a really clean vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything you need is there, but it's not at all cluttered for the space there is. Garden was great for the dogs! Only stayed 1 night as passing through on our way further South, but would definitely stay again if making a similar journey. Thanks for a lovely, clean place to stay!

What a beautiful place to stay! Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful gem hidden away, felt like we were abroad. The decor and detail were designed with care and love. Immaculate rooms. Great friendly hosts. Will be back!

This flat was well situated for us as a family of 4. Its is clean and more spacious than we had imagined. There is plenty of natural light due to the big double glazed windows facing the road and the kitchen is nicely tucked away with all the amenities you need as a family. We have 2 young kids, so the location was perfect for us, as just across the road is access the the beach and a 12 minute walk to the pier/park/high street. Weather was great in May so we made good use of that. The only gripe is about the curtains in the master bedroom, they dont come all the way down to the floor (around 90cm off the ground). Too much light enters the room to have a late sleep in. Apart from that highly recommend it.
