Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tampa

Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

Melissa‘s place was affordable, clean, cozy and easy to find. Lots of stuff to do nearby. We went to a concert in Tampa. She is located only 2.9 miles from the Raymond James Stadium. There’s a Walmart nearby, plenty of shopping and food. Lots of food trucks, and even a waffle house less than 1/2 a mile away. She had coffee/creamer and a blow dryer, which we’re all nice to have on hand! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all smelled great! I went with my son, who turned 13 while we were there, for our 3night/4day getaway. I was a little nervous about having an Airbnb with only the two of us, in a city I’m completely unfamiliar with, but this cozy little Airbnb is literally adjacent to her house. There was a nice patio too. You had to go through a gate under carport to get to our Airbnb. I felt very safe here, and that meant a lot to me. The neighbors were nice too. I recommend Melissa’s place if you travel to Tampa for business or pleasure!!

It was all very good, we are very grateful! Mireya has always been solicitous. We borrowed a cell phone charger base because we didn't have the boring plugs used in the US. We went one day to the beach and Mireya and her husband Álvaro, always very kind, as well as giving us tips they lent us a thermal bag. We wanted to make a juice and readily lent us a blender that we didn't have in the kitchen. The place is small but all well tidy. The sink vat is a little small and the kitchen tiny, but with lots of practical utensils, pots and great non-stick frying pan as well. We only found the air conditioning a bit cold to our standard in Brazil. In addition to the internal apparatus to the room, there is another one that must be general of the house and this one cannot disconnect. Shared washer and dryer machine work super well, it is also a good differential.

Sasha’s place was great to stay at and worth every penny! The rental is beautiful for walking into the door, to the set up and bathroom we loved. Sasha is a great person and her rental is perfect priced and it’s exactly what you think from the pictures! Thank you Sasha we will visit again when we are in Tampa! God bless 🙏🏽

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Pretty nice the place and the hospitality

Clean, cute little place. Has a small fridge/freezer, not the big one in the pics, if you need that. The mattress on the bed was kinda weird, but overall this was a great place for the value. Very clean and tidy, quiet and private.

Clean space, great communication from James, and overall just a good experience. Had to cut our trip short due to a family issue and James was super understanding! Great host!

Lisas place was in a great location to visit many of the local attractions. Her commutation was superb. I will definitely be back!

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. Condo was very clean and our bed was comfortable and my daughter said she slept well on drop down sleeper couch. Henrique was quick to respond to any questions and was super flexible for check in/out. If in Tampa area would stay again. Great clean place.

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
