Monthly Rentals in South Venice

We had a great stay at Magnolia cottage. Easy drive to the beach. Very clean, felt safe. It was nice that Karmen reached out to me to make sure we got checked in without any problem.

This was a great place to stay. We spent 5+ weeks here. Perfect for the two of us. It was exactly as described in the pictures. Very neat and clean, nicely furnished. Nick and Jami and their family were great hosts. Anytime we needed anything, Nick was prompt in meeting whatever we needed. We will consider staying here again, if we return to the area in the future. Thank you Nick, Jami, Elliot, and Emmett.

We had just one short week and would always love to come back. The large bed in one of two bedrooms lets you sleep so well, just perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of plates/cups/everything you need. Plenty of towels, umbrella and chairs for the beach (Manasota beach by car approx 10 min). Outdoor shower even for furry friends. Pool nice, clean, just great. The nicest garden of all houses around. All thumbs up.

My hubby and I rented this beautiful gem for a week. We had a wonderful time! There are a lot of fun things to do around that area! I love it that everything is pretty up close to shop around. The hosts are friendly and welcomed us into their lovely suite! I love the room and it’s so beautiful! We are so thankful! This is the best and we totally recommend this place! Book yourself guys and you won’t regret it! 😉
