Absolutely stunning house first time in Martinborough and we enjoyed every minute of it. It was picturesque and luxurious and worth the amount we paid for it. The hosts were amazing and made sure that our stay was very comfortable and that we had no issues. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is looking for a quiet weekend away. The location was amazing as well as it is very close to a lot of the wineries.

The perfect house. Sitting outside around the outdoor fire at night was amazing and the location to town couldn’t have been better. We loved how well setup the house was with great glassware. Thanks so much for having us, it made our weekend.

We stayed for a weekend to escape the city. The home is very modern, well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sarah was very friendly and responsive. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

We loved our stay! A very quiet, peaceful spot and a modern home with all the necessary amenities. Jo was friendly, and communicative, and even left us a wee welcome gift!! Awesome to have a pool and tennis courts available, and it’s super close to the middle of town.

This was the perfect home for our wedding party to get ready for our daughter’s wedding at Rose and Smith, and to come home to after the wedding. Both Shannon and Issy were so helpful and quickly responded to questions and the extra help we needed. I definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home.

We were visiting family in Upper Hutt. We needed a home base for 3 people for a 16 night stay. Willem's accommodations were perfect with room to spare. Plenty of room for a large group. Easy check in and ability to come and go as we liked. We were traveling with our 81 year old father and it was perfect for us. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bathrooms, one with a wonderful shower and the other with a tub. Also the living spaces were very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Willem's home.

Your home was very homely for the 3 nights we were there, very handy to our 2 day event we were attending for the long weekend.. I would book this accommodation again in the future.. We felt very safe.. Thank you Megan

Such a cosy and well appointed house including kitchen, bathroom, comfortable furnishings and extra comfy beds. Everything we could have wanted and more. Great fire and heat pump for chilly nights. Outside were lots of places to sit and enjoy the lovely garden. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Thank you for sorting our last minute trip, and helping when I messed up getting inside. Shane was very responsive. The house is well stocked with everything you will need which is really nice. All the toys and trampoline were helpful for looking after our toddler. It was easy to warm the house up with the fire, heaters and heat pump. It was a hassle-free stay, we appreciated all the detailed information provided. Thank you for having us 😊.

Great location Comfortable beds Views and set up of the house is great. Loved our stay. Would be helpful to have a bin in the kitchen and maybe the gardens outside to see the views of Kapiti better.

My partner and I stayed at the ritz over Easter weekend and found it beautiful!! Very peaceful, a lovely space to relax and reset, close to town but quiet. Nice area to walk around. 10/10 stay!

We had such a lovely stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were super comfortable with quality linen. What really stood out were all the thoughtful touches: snacks, lollies, toiletries in the bathroom, and a lovely selection of teas and coffee. Everything had been considered. The location was fantastic, right by the square. Communication with the host was excellent throughout; friendly, responsive, and helpful. It’s clear Lesa genuinely cares about creating a great experience. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

As it is the coldest time of the year, it would have been nice to have electric blankets on the two double beds to air the beds. The bed linen felt very cold and damp. But in saying that the bed linen was fresh smelling.

Anna and Sam’s place was stunning and even better than the pictures! The house is spotlessly clean with everything you need, beautiful quality and extremely comfortable. The fire was gorgeous and they left it stacked and ready to go and a bottle of Pinot which was a lovely touch. We met Anna’s parents on the driveway who live next door and they were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect you can walk to town but feel remote looking out across fields to the Tararuas with beautiful starry nights. I enjoyed a very comfortable sleep with absolutely quiet and darkness…bliss! I don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else in Greytown highly recommend!

We had such a great long weekend here. The house is in a quiet area with a nice view of the sea. It is a short drive to the lighthouse and pinacles in either direction. It is dark at night and we got great views of the stars (and even the aurora on the last night!!). The place is well laid out, very clean and more than enough space for 6 adults. The living area is larger than it looks in the photos. The bbq is around the side of the house so not very communal but it was good and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to find and operate everything. We didnt use it but there is an outdoor shower for coming in from the beach and loads of beach towels for use. Great communication from Jenna with easy instructions to find the house- and the early check in is such a good bonus.

a great spot with a flexible and helpful host. very easy to locate with lots of parking, big open rooms. we didn't require a 4th bed but it was a little awkward if we did considering it's in the hallway. maybe suitable for a child/family arrangement.

New home with great space for a weekend away with friends or family. The beds are very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and loved the coffee machine.

Beautiful stay at the Washpool and just as we remembered it from over 10 years ago. Amazing views and surroundings and the house had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed petting the horses and playing games on the front lawn. Fun had by all!

A wonderful place for a quiet getaway. Big house, lovely clean spa. Would highly recommend this place for a warm cosy stay.

A fantastic modern detached home, beautiful private location in the countryside beside a working farm, everything in the house is modern and spotless clean, Jo is a great host, we can’t wait to visit again
