You’ll love our kingsize bed and ensuite in the converted C18th hayloft and where you can relax in your own private lounge with logburner in the old buttery. You have your own private front door to come and go as you please. Breakfast is served in our large conservatory with views over the local farmland.

Situated in a self-contained wing of the farmhouse, there is a large double bedroom (with kingsize and single beds), private bathroom and lounge/breakfast room. There's a large TV with Freeview, a selection of games and puzzles, a library of books and you’re welcome to explore and relax in the gardens/grounds. And WiFi is available if you want to remain connected to the real world! Continental breakfast is provided along with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is no kitchen.

The apartment over looks the hills and town of Risca which can be seen from the two Juliet balconies. It does not have a separate bedroom.

This is a barn conversion with a contemporary twist. Completely refurbished with high end specification. You have fibre broadband, sky tv. Spacious accommodation, private parking. Natural wood burning stove, outdoor wood-oven, breakfast basket provided. We don’t feel our property is suitable for young toddlers/children (under 10). The location of the barn is a short walk from the coast in St Donats.
