The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the cottage there is fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There's a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.

The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
