Our grandma summerhouse is super close to lovely sandy beach in a small cottage area. Here you are far from civilization, with peace, coziness and lovely evenings on one of 3 terraces or in front of the fireplace. The cottage is located secluded, with high hedge, raft fence and large garden. There is a huge trampoline, all kinds of outdoor games and summer sports for big and small. In the evening there is a covered berlin terrace with colored light chains and barbecue. There is also a paddleboard. Consumption, electricity, firewood come on top

Our holiday home is located in connection with the holiday center Lalandia in Rødby. Including the rent is access to the tropical water park, with indoor and no pools, hot tub, sauna, and water slides (If open) The holiday home has a bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 2 mattresses. There is also a baby bed and high chair in the house. There is a full kitchen, so you can cook in the holiday home. After an activity-filled day, you can relax in front of the TV or with the brought Ipad, which can be connected to the house WiFi

The house, located 150 meters from the beach and directly to fields, is surrounded by terraces and cozy nooks in the garden, - including a pergola where the hammock beckons. The garden has plenty of fruit shrubs, herbs, and fragrant roses. The area offers nature experiences and plenty of water - seals in Avnø fjord, Knudshoved odde's distinctive nature and whether you are for kayaking, angling or hiking, then Svinø is the place.

These can be used for a fee. The holiday apartment is a small but cozy holiday apartment of 54 m2. It is for 4 people plus a child under 3. Lovely cottage - 500 m to the beach

Important: Guests are at an end to their own cleaning, so the summerhouse is nice for future guests. In addition, tenants must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, and dish cloths. Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Lovely living room with wood-burning stove, TV with chrome-cast and heater and newer kitchen and bathroom. There are two small bedrooms with two single beds and a smaller double bed, respectively. Large secluded garden with fire pit. The summerhouse is 50 sqm.

In the middle of the most beautiful nature. Forest and beach 3-5 min. on foot. Deer, hares, and many bird species in the garden. First parquet for sunset on the beach. • Wifi • Puzzle pillow, baby bath, pot • 12 min. by car from Præstø with good shopping, marina and cafes. Short drive from Møn, Labyrinthpark and Feddet Resort with mini golf, gocards, etc. The house is used but maintained & we spend a lot of time thoroughly cleaning the house between visits. There is always extra bedding etc.
