Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. The horse stable. Farm idyll at Stevns Klint cliff.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Idyllic in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

In addition, there is a private entrance to the home and free parking. The property is located 7 km from Ringsted center, with access to public transport within walking distance.

You will have your own cozy house, 96 m2 in 2 floors. Living room, kitchen, bathroom + 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each + sleeping couch for 2 in the living room. Access to lovely large garden with shelter and fire place. Bicycles available for free. We have horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats. No smoking allowed inside.
