“Andy's place is fantastic! Andy's family truly goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are super responsive and accessible. We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine waiting on the dining table that made our first night a great start. They also left the fire pit ready for us one day to cook dinner and it was such a wonderful treat. The place is stylish and has everything you need. The bedroom is upstairs and it's beautiful. The shower has the perfect water pressure. You have the basics to cook your meal and you can enjoy it outside in the beautiful garden. The location is great, quick drive to town of you can have a nice walk. We can't wait to go back!!”
Renovated to perfection, our fully equipped fresh & modern beach cottage has an open-plan living room, dining room & kitchen, all with high ceilings, immaculate finishings, & a sunny lower level TV room. A broad mahogany deck with large outdoor shower & gas BBQ grill runs the full length of the house & overlooks a roomy lawn with great privacy and mature landscaping.
“My family of 5 had a great stay at Riley’s cottage. Riley is an amazing host who responded quickly to all of our questions. The house was well equipped for small children which made our stay very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed playing in the backyard and the media room. The proximity to the beach is great and we loved taking long bike rides with the bikes that were provided. The beds were all very comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was a bit small to cook meals in but the table was big enough for us all to eat together. The bathroom was also small and doesn’t have much space to put any toiletries on the vanity but we were glad there was a tub for the kids and shower water pressure was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the open layout and coziness of the cottage. Highly recommend!”
the room has a private bathroom en-suite, water view on 2 sides and is air-conditioned. there are bikes, stand up paddle board and kayaks available . We do not accept pets. 2 day minimum on week-ends, May- September, with exceptions. “We stayed at Anton and Linley’s place for five nights and it was the perfect escape from New York City. The house itself is a beautiful, cosy environment and our room was very comfortable and bright. There are numerous places to sit and relax in the garden and in the house, so we could always find some privacy and a quiet spot to read a book. One of our favourite activities was taking the kayaks out and kayaking around the bay to Long Beach. We saw so many different kinds of bird under the wildlife. We also use the bikes to cycle to the beach. The house itself is in a great location only five minutes walk into the centre of the cuppa, where there were many different restaurants to try. We were also able to get delivery food to the house. On the final day we went on A trip on Anton’s boat and swam in the sea near Shelter Island, which was absolutely wonderful and highly recommended. Overall Anton and Linley looked after us so well - I am pregnant and felt incredibly well cared for. Thank you!”
