I had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood. Check-in was smooth, and the host was communicative and welcoming throughout my stay. The space had everything I needed, from thoughtful touches to all the essentials. Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

This is the second time we stayed at Kim’s. It was another pleasant experience. Kim is responsive and easy-going. Her home is welcoming and very dog-friendly. We love that Kim has beach access and it is walking distance. The convenience of her home being close to Southampton and Sag Harbor restaurants and shops is a plus. Thanks for having us, Kim. The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

The views of the bay and sunsets truly take your breath away, making each moment feel magical. Petra is the ultimate host—gracious, thoughtful, and always quick to respond with helpful communication. She ensured our family’s stay was nothing short of perfect. This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to, and we’ll be counting down the days until we can experience this peaceful haven again!

Madelaine’s cottage was the perfect location for our weekend in Water Mill! The house was cozy with a spacious and private backyard. The location is centrally located, and we were even able to walk to and from breakfast and the farmers market. I would recommend the cottage and would absolutely stay again!

The Coastal Oasis was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The house was spotless and had a very cozy feel to it. Bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. It was the perfect home for coastal getaway!

Manuel (along with Lorena) we exceptional hosts. Always responsive, friendly, accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with. The house is wonderful. Well cared for, charming and a joy to visit. The location was incredible walking distance to both the jitney and the train! The yard was amazing, lush, quiet and beautifully landscaped. Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

Sarah is an amazing host - super quick responses to questions, friendly, helpful, it was such a pleasure to stay at her house! The house is more than that - Sarah makes it feel like home! From the countless comfy reading nooks that our teenagers loved and used, to the awesome outdoor space, the pool table & wine cooler and well stocked kitchen all the way to the nice touch of live plants (because let's be honest, at how many AirBnBs have you have live plants before?!). We felt right at home and are definitely planning on coming back! Highly recommend!!

This was our second time staying at Ron’s place, and it was so great! The location is wonderful, the place is super dog friendly, the beach is perfect location. It’s a cute group of cottages down old Montauk highway, so away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for Ubers and driving! Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and really felt like a home away from home. Iris was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place.

This was now my second trip at Gary’s Southampton cottage, and it was equally as fantastic as my first! Inside, the place was spotless, and on the porch is a grill as well as a fireplace. We took advantage of both, grilling almost every day, and capping our nights with s’mores by the pit. Gary’s cottage is in the perfect location! Downtown is only a 15 minute walk away, where you will find plenty charming boutiques as well as a CVS and some grocery stores for your convenience. The beach is only 15 minute walk away as well. Luckily, Gary is very generous and provided us with bikes, so we were able to cut those times in half. He was also very generous and allowed us to use the pool and hot tub when the main house guests were gone. Even when there are main house guests, the cottage is tucked behind a large hedge, giving you separation and privacy. Overall, fantastic place and fantastic host, highly recommend!

This place was divine. We came for a week with our two kids (4&6) and had the easiest most laid back time. We kayaked, walked to the beach, the kids played constantly around the house as it’s right on the water but the yard is fenced off. It was so good you guys 10/10 would book again. And Jeff was the best host. So quick to respond, provide options etc. He rocks.

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was very close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation!

Our family of four just had a very nice stay. The house is located in a pretty part of the Springs near Louse point. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside on the patio. And when we were too lazy to make food there are a lot of convenient options nearby in Amagansett or the Springs.

April was very accommodating and was able to provide her place at last minute for Memorial Day weekend at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. She was also very responsive.

The pictures really don’t do it justice , the place is adorable. The kitchen has all new appliances, and it has every amenity you could need for a long or short stay.

My friends and I booked Renee’s place for a relaxing getaway weekend. The house was exactly what we needed, clean, private, and full of everything we needed. Renee was responsive and flexible and overall just a wonderful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was gorgeous and such a beautiful location and time of year to stay. Highly recommended!
