House holiday rentals in Southbourne

It was a very nice lodge clean and tidy only 5 minutes ti the beach sainsbury just 2 minutes away and host good communication

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

Absolutely fabulous place to stay , i had a special birthday so got the family together . The house is so well equipped to high standard. The pool is brilliant nice temperature and big enough to feel like your doing your lengths in exercise, brilliant setting to sit round. Can't find anything bad to say about the place Nice kid's area with swings and trampoline.

We had a lovely time in Anita’s Airbnb, lovely and clean, with everything we needed. Great location, with an easy walk to the beach. We would stay again 🥰

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from a great stay. there were 10 adults and a baby in our group. The facilities were great and just as described. The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. Definitely a home to suit all ages.

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. We had an amazing time, This house was lovely, just like the description, perfect for a holiday. The host was easy to communicate with and the instructions were very clear. The area is lovely, backing into a horse field with beautiful views. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice holiday in the new forest. Thank you for a lovely holiday and great memories.

Nice accommodation. Kids liked the toys that was available. Parking was fine. Nearby local restaurant by the church/sea was lovely. Michael was quick at responding and asking any queries we had.

We have just had a fantastic stay at the coach house. Mudeford, lovely house, and everything we needed. Area and surroundings as gorgeous as ever and lots of places to eat. An absolutely beautiful home with outstanding facilities - our stay was perfect from start to finish. Gemma was incredibly helpful and attentive in the lead up. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The property is very spacious with excellent bedrooms and large living and dining rooms. Lovely location a very short distance from both the beach and the town centre. It was great for all the family with a good sized double and two single rooms on one floor and a huge double on the other. I would highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely stay again. I also had the pleasure of meeting the host who was very friendly and welcoming.

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Great that the lovely clean beach is just across the road. Lots of fun memories made. Elaine is a lovely, communicative host. Thankyou Elaine from us all.

This property was beautiful. Very well decorated and felt very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Mark provided clear instructions and information about the property to make things even easier. Mark is a great host, responds to communication and made some great local recommendations. We were lucky enough to visit over a hot weekend so made use of the lovely garden as well. If I was visiting Bournemouth again I would definitely stay here. This was a great place to stay for the whole family. Thank you for having us.

We have had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage with the family this May half term. The house itself was very stylish and clean, had everything you would need for a Comfortable stay. The Garden was beautiful and huge, the BBQ area was great and we very much enjoyed out evenings meals out there under the heaters listening to music. The location of the house was great, a short drive to many popular attractions, we went to Weymouth one day, Durdle door/ Lulworth cove another and Corte Castle itself. Across the road is a lovely walk up to the castle from the house, roughly 3 miles in total there and back, our littles ones loved it. Paul was a great host, always very good at responding to requests/ messages. Sent us some great local recommendations too. Would definitely recommend this home stay to friends and family.

The house was perfect for us as 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room with an abundance of toys and activities (trampoline, swings and football goal) for the kids to enjoy. Pete was extremely responsive and we loved the area as it was close to the beach and local towns such as Southborne and Christchurch. All in all a lovely place to stay and one we would consider booking again.

Fabulous home. Perfect for our family holiday as you can all spread out to different areas, and also large enough to all enjoy spaces together. Our toddler and my father absolutely loved the garden. It’s the perfect size, and so peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed the Games room (really fun with the neon lights and disco lights on whilst playing Pacman! ) and my mum loved playing the piano in there. My Gran enjoyed snoozing in the sunroom. All spotlessly clean. Beds all comfy. Great there’s a twin room and toilet/ shower room downstairs as that worked well for my Gran so she didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Brilliant location just a few minutes away from the village or seafront. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Milford-on-Sea. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our queries both before and during our stay. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as being spotless and comfortable with incredible views. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the local village and pub, which is perfect for an evening meal, as well as the view of the Needles from the coast, which is breathtaking and perfect for a stroll. Other highlights include Hurst castle, Beaulieu and the New Forest itself. Milford was the perfect centre point for so many great activities and walks with plenty of information and maps included in the property. The garden was such a peaceful place to relax after a long day exploring and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better property, host or location and would certainly return here again. Thank you so much for having us!

We found Sami's place amazing, clean, great location and plenty of room for us all. the house definitely matched the photos and check in was very simple for us. Absolutely fabulous place. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was wonderful and a welcome addition to start (and finish) the day. The location is great for exploring Dorset. We took a lovely walk to Highcliffe Castle along the beach and enjoyed Mudeford Quay as well. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Swanage and Weymouth are all within reach for a day out. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance (through the rear park) and restaurants close by too. The house itself was much larger than the pictures seem to show and the four of us (all adults) had no problem relaxing and feeling at home. Netflix in both bedrooms and the lounge was a great addition and the welcome wine and chocolates was a great touch. I highly recommend this house for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Dorset.
