It was a very nice lodge clean and tidy only 5 minutes ti the beach sainsbury just 2 minutes away and host good communication

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

Absolutely fabulous place to stay , i had a special birthday so got the family together . The house is so well equipped to high standard. The pool is brilliant nice temperature and big enough to feel like your doing your lengths in exercise, brilliant setting to sit round. Can't find anything bad to say about the place Nice kid's area with swings and trampoline.

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from a great stay. there were 10 adults and a baby in our group. The facilities were great and just as described. The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. Definitely a home to suit all ages.

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We had such a wonderful stay. The lodge was pristine and in such a lovely area. We hope to come and stay again in the future. The lodge was spacious, had really helpful instructions and contained everything you could possibly need. The local area is beautiful. We had such a fantastic time, the local pubs and restaurants served delicious food, we can’t wait to return. Huge thank you for being so responsive, checking in on us and for sharing the Owls Nest with us.

This was a lovely stay, stayed with various members of my family coming at different points and everyone really enjoyed the place. Would happily stay again!

Another faultless stay at Nick & Sharon’s lovely annexe. Never less than spotlessly clean throughout, kind and thoughtful touches in the kitchen and friendly helpful comms every time. Just a total pleasure to stay here. Top class Airbnb every time.

This property was beautiful. Very well decorated and felt very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Mark provided clear instructions and information about the property to make things even easier. Mark is a great host, responds to communication and made some great local recommendations. We were lucky enough to visit over a hot weekend so made use of the lovely garden as well. If I was visiting Bournemouth again I would definitely stay here. This was a great place to stay for the whole family. Thank you for having us.

We’ve just enjoyed a stay, very clean , we were a family of 12 , all different ages , plenty of room to enjoy the space , with lovely walks , literally few minutes to the beach. A great time had by all !

We had a lovely stay at Hannah's house. It was cosy, spacious and we felt right at home. The local area was lovely, quiet and within walking distance to the bech, we had a nice stroll down to the sea. There is a playgroup nearby with a cute fairy garden, which is perfect if you're travelling with children. Hannah was very responsive to any messages sent during our stay and sorted any problems for us straight away.

We found Sami's place amazing, clean, great location and plenty of room for us all. the house definitely matched the photos and check in was very simple for us. Sami was a great host, friendly and easy to talk to with any issues. a very short walking distance from the beach and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you

What a place!! One of the best air BnBs we’ve stayed in due to the high quality finish of all the rooms and the location. Places we visited that we’d recommend include the dog friendly Sandbanks beach with crystal clear waters and golden sands. We took the chain ferry to Studland (you pay on the other side, so just drive straight on). Once on Studland, we visited Old Harry’s Rock, South Beach, Knoll Beach and Old Manor Farm for ice cream. We ate at patisserie mark bennett for lunch and pastries; Rick stein’s for fish and chips; and a nice dinner at The Britannia. Great place and somewhere we’d recommend.

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Great that the lovely clean beach is just across the road. Lots of fun memories made. Elaine is a lovely, communicative host. Thankyou Elaine from us all.

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay at this property in Bournemouth! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants which made getting around super easy. The host Stephen was also fantastic! Deborah was a wonderful host. Her place is just perfect for what I needed. Cosy and convenient. The kids bunk was so soft and comfy that I fell asleep in it too whilst putting my son to bed. The welcome hamper was just perfect. Fresh and milk and juice already in the fridge was the perfect touch! Will definitely be back again.

Lovely warm welcome to me and my friends .The location is super , right get next to the water with a slipway to launch canoes and paddle boards , yet a 5minute walk into town . Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The Chalet was very spacious and well appointed . Great for few days away with friends , we would book again .

This is a little gem, immaculately presented and fantastic value for money. We've just had the most relaxed break in along time. Gentle strolls through the woodlands and gardens to a gorgeous sandy beach with plenty of amenities. Richard was a welcoming host and recommended local places to visit and dine. Highly recommend this as a base for exploring Bournemouth /Poole and surrounding area.

Excellent house, fully equipped and pristine. A large garden, with a good size patio. Host very responsive to any queries. Not many attractions within walking distance, but lots within driving distance. Overall a very quiet area, with the garden very peaceful, but the house is on a slightly busy road with some traffic still passing the front bedrooms late at night.

Totally amazing place to stay. It was a wow wow. Beach is a short stroll and sea view is amazing. We even had scones and wine on arrival. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for a weekend with our 6 month old and had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s well connected and made a perfect base for exploring Dorset. Would definitely recommend!
