I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This apartment was completely redesigned in 2022 with quality furniture, memory foam mattress, art by friends and new TVs along with a set of art books for inspiration. I hear birds most of the day and we have a very private large backyard with large covered porch where you can enjoy the sunny (and the rainy) days. Great landing spot for parents visiting adult children (+ grandkids), businesspeople & tourists. Clean. Bright. Well-stocked! Note: Airbnb has changed how they display host prices to include AirBnB's service fee that used to be paid directly by guests: 14.1-16.5%. Thus, our nightly rate looks higher because you now pay your AirBnB fee thru the host (me). Nothing has actually changed in terms of my prices and I am committed to maintaining moderate pricing levels.
