Furnished with mix modern furniture and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. The Whiskey Creek house is an historic home on the shore of Netarts Bay. It is a solid example of old Oregon, built in 1915 of spruce logged on the site and up the hill nearby ---it is one bedroom -one bath. It sleeps two one king and the apartment we rent is on the first floor. Please realize we live in the upstairs of the house and there are people around, however it's quiet and rural bring your bike, kayak (you can put in right in front) or book. Dogs need to be interviewed. Thanks

The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
