Loft holiday rentals in Southern Africa

I have rented many places in the cape town city center. This flat is one of the best I have been to. Perfect location, nice view, very nice layout and well equiped. A bit noisy when windy and sotrmy weather (the bed is right below the roof), but the flat is very pleasant. I highly recommend it. Kathy was also very responsive and kind on the messages

Deb's place was a perfect home away from home! It felt wonderfully homely with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. She and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal - situated in a quiet area that allowed for peaceful relaxation, yet conveniently close to shopping centre. I particularly enjoyed the nice walking areas nearby, which were perfect for morning strolls. Overall, a great balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquillity that I would happily recommend to other travellers.

What a great little gem of a place. We enjoyed out stay in the beautiful St Francois bay area, and it was easy to get around from the accommodation. Beautiful surroundings, and you could hear the sea from the unit.

I had the best stay at this beautiful loft apartment in Johannesburg! The space is even better than the photos—stylish, spotless, and full of charm. One of my absolute favorite features was the cozy fireplace; it made the whole place feel warm and inviting, especially in the evenings. 🕯️ Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the comfy bed to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect—safe, central, and close to great spots to eat and explore. The host was responsive and made the check-in process super smooth. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Joburg. I’ll definitely be back!

Urban Luxe Studio exceeded all expectations—it was absolutely breathtaking! We were blown away by how stunning the place was in person; the photos truly don’t do it justice. Although we didn’t meet the host in person, the self check-in process was seamless and incredibly easy. Shanna-Rae was warm, helpful, and kind in all our communication, making us feel welcome and well taken care of from afar. The studio was fully equipped with everything we needed and more—every detail was thoughtfully considered. I would recommend this place a hundred times over. They’ve truly outdone themselves. The place is wonderful with loads of natural light and beautifully decorated. All the rooms were large and comfortable. Having parking was very useful

My stay in Ria's apartment in Cape Town was very good. The apartment was well equipped and we lacked nothing. The apartment was also nicely located at the top of Kloofstreet and it was nice that we could go out and eat in the evening without having to take an Uber every time. Ria was always positive and helpful. I recommend this apartment if you are going to Cape Town.

Don't overthink this! This place is highly rated for good reason. Fantastic and caring hosts, beautiful loft with all the amenities you imagine, good security, and great location close to everything in Cape Town. I loved my 2 weeks here - I felt at home immediately and was sad to leave my temporary home. Thanks Janine and Brad!

From the peaceful vibe to the thoughtful touches (air purifier, full suite of streaming services, strong aircon, and a surprisingly spacious tub), everything was perfect. We even worked remotely from the space, which made daily life feel cozy and connected. It wasn’t just a vacation—it was a beautiful experience of living, caring, and imagining what’s ahead for us. Pascal was an incredible host: responsive, kind, and accommodating. We felt cared for the entire time. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Cape Town. It is away from the bustle of the town and very welcoming after a long day out. There is a very good Indian restaurant in the complex which is recommendable. Janie went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. She was even very helpful and friendly when we had a hick-up 04:00 in the morning of our departure. I will recommend her place and will definitely stay with her again.

The flat was in perfect conditions and quiet and safe enough as it is inside the property. The hoster was a very kind and attentive person, he even helped me with a flat wheel. Thanks so much, I'd for sure repeat next time I am in Walvis Bay

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The Loft is situated in a secure estate with a beautiful view. Pia gives clear check-in details and a comprehensive list of eateries in the area. The kitchenette is compact, having everything that you need for breakfast and light prepared meals. We would certainly recommend Pia’s accommodation!

Eilen is a very wise and chatty lady and although her house is next to The airbnb, you never feel as though you were being intruded on. I used to consider the apartment as being cute and cozy and everything is clean. The patio area is very spacious. I only ever had to wait a couple of minutes to get a taxi from the yango app. Much cheaper than renting a hotel room and the neighbours are friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cecilie and her daughter were amazing hosts warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The space was peaceful and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind. There was so much to explore in the beautiful Overberg region that I ended up extending my stay. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Phylis and Tim were fantastic hosts and great communicators throughout my stay. The apartment sits on a private property and had everything that made me feel at home. The added plus is that it's close to Melrose Arch and a Hotpod Yoga studio. They were super helpful and gave me a suggestion to get my tire replaced. Great value and very comfortable!
