This rental home is probably one of the most unique that we have ever experienced. Incredible natural beauty, gorgeous views, refreshing outdoor bathrooms, etc. Felt like we are in nature while having the luxuries of civilization. Truly a memorable stay. Dave and his crew are helpful and accommodating. If we ever get out to Tofo again, we would love to stay here for an even longer duration.

10/10 will be back again

What a lovely place! My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Lieze is such an amazing host. Clear communication throughout and very caring. Everything was perfect! We wish to return as soon as possible.

within 5 minutes we were on a most beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting around an exquisite wooden table on the patio adjacent to the kitchen teh beds are extra long and very comfortable. Thank you Paul and Nicolaas for a comfortable stay

Daniel and Tracy’s place is a beautiful old home. Daniel was incredibly helpful and responsive. Although it was quite chilly during winter, Daniel prepared us and gave us great instructions to heat the house. We stayed as a big group of two families and there was more than enough space. Would definitely recommend!

We cannot fault anything! Honestly our very best stay - Adet was incredibly accommodating as we had a child from the UK with us travelling at a different time, we had small children with us- she just helped us all the time. Definitely our best air bnb

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. We were two families of four with young kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better location with the beach on your doorstep and we felt right at home. The house was wonderfully equipped and has everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible and wonderfully clean. We would happily go back and would recommend.

This is a perfect stop between Johannesburg and KZN. We have stayed here before and I highly recommend the barn. Beautiful view and excellent host. Thank you! We will be back.

A lovely house on a beautiful property! The view from the different parts of the house are stunning - sunrise, as well as the moon and night sky was a highlight! The house had everything you would need!

What a great cottage in a beautiful location - all the amenities, great fireplace for winter, private and peaceful. This is a modern, light-filled, well-furnished space giving you all you need to relax and enjoy your time away. At the same time, it's in a beautiful, peaceful location between Sedgefield (10 minutes away) and Knysna (20 mins away). Anne is a perfect host - responsive, thoughtful, also giving clear communication/directions. It's close to hiking areas and 10-15 mins from a stunning, dog-friendly beach. We spent 2 nights at the cottage for the second time, our last visit was in 2018. The house architecture and design has stood the test of time with multiple amazing entertainment areas, views for days and inside outside feel. The kitchen is very well equip, sparkly clean and there are lots of comfy couches to chill on. The addition of the new fire and braai set up is also dreamy. Wonderful host who accommodated a late checkout. Unfortunately new neighbours have built right next door to this house and allowed their dogs to bark all day into the night which took away from what was always a peaceful location. There was also DIY/Building noise in the street for most of the time (even on public holidays) and lots more aggressive barky dogs on our walks. All in all a good weekend - hopefully the noise issues can be addresses with the neighbours soon.

no pretentiousness just good all comfort and homeliness. you can live and feel like a local. Packing for departure doesn't go down well at all.

We had a 10 day stay with our family from Germany. It was peaceful, beautiful and nice touch that the entire farm, grounds and surrounds were available to us to explore. The farm manager was helpful, we enjoyed meeting the owners. The facilities are great and a bonus of having staff accommodation at no additional cost which enabled us to have our chef and nanny travel with us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wendy’s place on the farm. The surroundings were breathtaking, offering a true off-the-grid experience that allowed us to fully unwind. Friendly dogs kept a watchful eye, adding to the charm and warmth of the stay. The stunning mountain views, paired with mesmerizing sunsets, made our time there truly awesome.

A beautiful place to stay at! Just like the photos and write up. Staff were super friendly when we checked in. Having the sound of a steam running nearby was magical while laying under the tree reading a book or even while nodding off to sleep. Hopefully we will be back soon!

A wonderful break away. Matt and Darren's house is beautifully put together with everything you need for a more than comfortable off the grid experience. The house and its surroundings is a feast for the eyes. Together with great hiking routes and waterpools to explore, it really is a little piece of heaven.
