June and Rich were super helpful when we needed anything. The place is a great value if you need a longer term place to stay. The house is in a quite little community and only a block from the public pier and waterfront. We did have to drive about 15 minutes to restaurants or stores but not a big deal.

Amazing place, and host. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I This was a stellar experience and loved the setting and the cottage. I'd recommend to anyone looking to drift off the grid a bit and slow your life down, or as in my case have a spot to just retreat to after long days of working through tough stuff. Nancy could not have been more communicative and easy to work with. I will certainly attempt to book this location in the future again!

Evie was quick to reply to all communications. The neighborhood is a perfect location; quiet, but easily accessible to businesses and all shopping in LaPlata as well as Gilbert Run Park. Evie presents her bnb quarters accurately. The bedroom and bath suited our needs perfectly.
