Monthly Rentals in Southfield

It was a truly comfortable stay! I was feeling anxious about visiting Scotland for the first time, but host sent me quick and helpful messages even before I checked in. That made me feel very at ease. The room was exactly as pictured (or even better!!), and I had a very comfortable stay for about two months. The neighbours were friendly, and the view of horses from the window was amazing!!

Great stay in the Balbirnie Nook, would highly recommend! Stayed for a couple of nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Balbirnie House, the flat is in an ideal location. Eileen is a great host, great communication and helpful with check in. Very hospitable having in some kitchen essentials for our stay was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Zahid’s property is absolutely beautiful! You would not know that you are a couple minutes walk from local amenities. The property has everything you need and more, and is perfect for a family gathering..The property was spotless and check in was very easy. Zahid was great at communicating and proactively messaged me with information about the property well in advance of our check in. We would love to come back for another gathering! Fantastic overnight stay at Mark’s place en route to Edinburgh airport. The garden was perfect - we sat outside in the sun, played ping pong, played darts and then finished off our evening with a dip in the hot tub. It was the hottest day of the year but Mark has very good fans that managed to keep us cool-ish during the night. Fridge and whole bnb was so well stocked in terms of food, drink, utensils and toiletries. Really couldn’t fault it.
