The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

The apartment was absolutely amazing, very homely and the view and location to the beach is fantastic. It’s at the end of a private road so hardly any traffic, it was very quiet. The Beach restaurant is a 5 minute walk away and did lovely food, there’s a coffee shop and co-op the same distance away. East Wittering is a 10-15 walk and has a couple of restaurants and pubs with very friendly locals. I would highly recommend this apartment, we stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave !

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

A great host and wonderful home. Our second stay with Gary as its perfect for our needs when visiting family. Thank you as always for being a great host, responsive and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay at Roger's flat. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the local area. It's within walking distance of the train station, Gunwharf Quay, Historic Dockyard and the beach area. Roger and Sue were extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you!

If you want a top quality place to stay in Portsmouth and Southsea then you want to stay here. It is in a great location to the common, Albert Road and Gunwharf is a nice walk away too. Justin provides clear instructions for the property and the surrounding area. I will definitely have this as my go to when I am back in Portsmouth.

My wife and I had to leave the air bnb we were originally staying in as it was horrible, which meant we were looking for somewhere late at night at the very last minute. Amy responded to my panicked message immediately and got us into this apartment really smoothly, putting us at ease. The apartment was lovely, secluded, clean, spacious. Everything we had wanted for our stay by the sea. We are so grateful for Amy turning what had started out as a nightmare into a perfect weekend away. Thank you

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the main village and Allison was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to see if everything was okay. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely love to come back!

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

This is our third stay at Lauralee House and it is a great place to stay in a very central location. The flat has everything you need. The bathroom is full of the aroma of all the wonderful body washes. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with essentials and all you need to cook a full meal. The beds are super comfy and we enjoy lying out on the sofa in the evening to watch cable or Netflix, with such a great choice of channels. Thanks for another great stay.

Beautiful, quiet location and grounds. We saw a red squirrel on the driveway on 2 separate occasions. Well equipped apartment, which was larger than we needed but gave us the luxury we were looking for. Comfortable beds. Straightforward booking system for the heated swimming pool. We had a great stay. Thank you.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

Beautiful penthouse apartment that was perfect for our stay. Amazing location just off Shanklin beach and gorgeous sea views. Such a nice communal socialising area with a very big TV! Also so nice to have three en-suite bedrooms.

The place was just like in the photos, great attention to details and very clean. We felt very comfortable. There are clear instructions for self check-in and the bonus is that Matt is really involved and caring about his guests.
