This place was spot on as it is advertised. Will be back to stay again and again. The hosts were so welcoming and kind.

Very convenient to downtown and highways. Free parking was a plus.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

Enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was stylish and spotless, and it had everything we needed. It was close to all the downtown attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The host gave great local tips too!

we really enjoyed our stay here! the location was perfect for what we needed. it is very close to the beach, restaurants, and a walmart is right next door. we had a few issues with the complex such as the gate not working, but the host was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. overall, we would stay here again and we even want to move into the complex now!

Love love love!!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to last minute book. Unfortunately we were misled at a previous unit and were lucky to find something as quickly as we could especially traveling from out of state. The unit was amazing, my son and fiancé enjoyed every moment of it and it was very relaxing and peaceful! We felt right at home away from home.

Excellent stay. I was in town for my nieces graduation and this location was extremely convenient. Julie was highly responsive throughout my stay, as my schedule continued to fluctuate around family plans. She quickly helped with an unplanned situation, allowing a family member access. As for the studio- The bed is extremely comfortable (A+) , pillows were top notch, and the towels were great quality, and it was quiet at night (these are the things that matter most to me). The distance to the beach was a big plus for my morning walks. The cons: The pool was too far away to be useful so I never made it. I was presented with a long list of housekeeping chores the morning of checkout which was a little off putting as I’m trying to depart for the airport (happy to help - to some extent- given quick turns, but perhaps this could have been provided the night prior as a request and not a to-do list). That’s what the housekeeping fee is for. Julie is a great host. The studio is fantastic!

Close to everything. The beach amenities were great to have and only a 10 min drive. House was just as described.

The location was perfect! A 10-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near a supermarket. We had everything we needed during our stay! The space was big enough for a group of 3 people, and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the lack of a full-length mirror (but we were a group of college-aged girls travelling, so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). Kayla was a great host, and we would 100% stay again!

very secure and easy check in. thank you for having extra keys around. This location was amazing! walkable to two playgrounds and a library/community center to cool off in! so close so many things to do in a, and we love being on the first floor with our heavy footed toddler. Very great natural light! Angie was very quick to respond and extremely flexible and reasonable, considering I was not necessarily in the best mood when I checked in and was somewhat rude. We had to change our reservation and she did not hesitate to work with us! thank you so much, I highly recommend this spot!

I loved the apartment and the pool was amazing but the best part was how helpful and responsive Sean was! I will stay here again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

This newly renovated property was in the most ideal location at Jax Beach. Walkable to the beach, dining & shops & they provided beach towels, chairs & an umbrella. The Nespresso machine with pods, sugar & creamer was also a plus. The hosts promptly greeted us upon our arrival & with clear instructions before check out. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in & we can’t wait to return later this year!
