Perfect location! Quite neighborhood and perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. Mattress was so comfortable

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! We LOVED the place! It was a great place me and my girls to go have a vacation! We loved how clean it was and how quick Jason replied with any questions. DID I MENTION THEY HAD MAKEUP REMOVER WIPES FOR THE GIRLS! We LOVED that, especially after a night on the town! Amazing place highly recommend

Besides the confusion of construction and the confusion of Uber and Uber eats everything else is fantastic. The young lady was attentive and responded to all of my messages even when I was locked out of the door that I could not realize how to open it. Five stars of the way I shall be back soon and yes, I’m gonna bring my Onewheel lol by the way, I left four kids in one of the plants. All you gotta do is water it and feed it. Try to find it because hon.

My family kept saying throughout our stay “great find mom!”. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The place was clean and very cozy! The kitchen was well stocked and there were many extras provided such as beach towels and throws. It was perfect for two couples. Private spaces and we didn’t disturb each other in the morning. The hosts were very responsive to even my most trivial questions! The next time we visit Jacksonville Beach, I will be looking for a Nomad property!!

Absolutely loved our stay amazing house, smooth process and communication. We did not have any issues during our stay. Our daughter loved the playground set and toy set. Very spacious home so clean absolutely loved it and hope to come again soon.

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

Klaudia was great! She was very responsive and even gave us restaurant recommendations. Everything looked just as pictured and we had a great stay!

Courtney's home is charming and clean. She and Levi had excellent communication before and during our stay. They were able to accommodate an early arrival. We highly recommend their place if you want to be in the Mandarin area.

It was a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house was pretty big and spacious. Host was responsive and making sure everything was taken care of.

A gem. The place was as listed and more. So clean and had everything you would need. Great location and quiet. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were really responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

We loved our stay! The view from the room was incredible and the beach area never seemed too crowded. The place had everything we needed and even additional things which was a plus. We only had a minor issue with the AC but Karen was quick to respond and we got it fixed quickly! Would stay again!

JCE was responsive and very helpful my entire trip. It was a last minute booking and they responded immediately and helped me out a lot. The place was so beautiful and so clean and look just like the photos! I was given a welcome gift and felt right at home. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Grateful for an amazing stay!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.
