Love love love!!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to last minute book. Unfortunately we were misled at a previous unit and were lucky to find something as quickly as we could especially traveling from out of state. The unit was amazing, my son and fiancé enjoyed every moment of it and it was very relaxing and peaceful! We felt right at home away from home.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

Great spot next door to Walmart super center for all your needs. Pool was huge and relaxing. Bed was suuuuupppeeeerrrr comfortable. WiFi worked great for gaming/work.

All I have to say is thank to this incredible host. I don’t really leave reviews but it was a must.They were extremely kind and and there for me in the time of need. The way they rallied to my aid on a personal matter made you feel welcomed, special and appreciated.The place to stay was very quaint and cozy. Very peaceful and immaculate. The location and neighborhood is extremely welcoming and Prestine. Great for quite and tranquil walks. I would. highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back again when I have to come up for work! The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

I want to thank the F.E.C.N team for an excellent stay In their apartment next to a lake. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The laundry room had a full sized washer/dryer and all of the appliances worked well. I really enjoyed the sunsets and watching the local wildlife in the water right outside my door. I felt safe staying there by myself and my neighbours were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this AirBnB listing.

I loved the apartment and the pool was amazing but the best part was how helpful and responsive Sean was! I will stay here again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

This newly renovated property was in the most ideal location at Jax Beach. Walkable to the beach, dining & shops & they provided beach towels, chairs & an umbrella. The Nespresso machine with pods, sugar & creamer was also a plus. The hosts promptly greeted us upon our arrival & with clear instructions before check out. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in & we can’t wait to return later this year!
