Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

I honestly wish I could have stayed at Daiv’s Place longer. I felt so at peace. The apartment is so comfortable, I legitimately felt like I was in my own space. It’s one of the best AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The decorations are so fun, I loved the bohemian vibe. Thank you, Daiv, for a great stay!

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

Great place to stay, we had a lot of fun. very close to everything, the beach, shopping and restaurants. the amenities were great and we enjoy the time in the pool. Very recommended and will definitely book again.

The house was beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. Sunitha was an amazing host! Very friendly!

Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

This house was a great fit for our family. Close to our friends and favorite locations. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. Everything worked as it should without the need for instruction (including the TV). Neighborhood is excellent and cannot be matched for the price.

LOVED our stay here! Near a popular area to walk around and not terribly far from the beach. My favorite feature was the shower downstairs. Thank you for a great stay!!

We have stayed here a few times. I visit with my 92 year old boss. The handicap accessibility is fantastic. Carson keeps up with things and recently made some upgrades. The bathrooms could use towel bars, but I have seen that guests are hard on those, so I understand. Looking forward to our next stay there!

I enjoyed the stay at Jeremy’s home. It was clean and comfortable.

They have literally thought of EVERYTHING!! Plug covers, child locks you can use if you choose, plenty of linens, pillows and towels. They have a first aid kit, foil, Saran wrap, plastic gloves, all the items you need for condiments, there was some ice in the fridge, tooth brushes, the cutest little toothpaste samples you could imagine, shampoo, conditioner and even games for adults and children alike. There was a desk upstairs which was perfect for me because I work remotely. Pool pass was by the door with a pool bag and pool towels all ready available for us! The only suggestion I have is a curved shower curtain because the plastic liner did stick to us while showering and a shower head that has a removable handle to make it easier to bathe our kiddos. Thats just me being picky though because this place was AMAZING! Will absolutely book again! Matt was great and answered all of my questions!

Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone that’s looking for a quick getaway.

This was our 4th time staying here. Always a blessing! Convenient to everything and we enjoy the amenities.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

This place was very nice! The gated community is also a major plus for solo travelers. The beach was just a few steps away!!!! I would definitely stay here again. Oh and I forgot to mention the bed makes you feel like you’re sleeping on clouds. 10/10.

It was a great stay

This was perfect for my daughter and me to spend time together. We felt right at home, from the comfy towels and robes, to the spotless condo. The beach was uncrowded, yet walkable to many restaurants and bars as well as some unique surf schools and camps. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you for sharing your place with visitors.

It was an extraordinary, unique, innovative, cute, whimsical, and well designed place. It was different, fresh and captured the imagination…even had to have tea time! I would definitely recommend and show my family and friends! Thank you Linda for a great stay!

Christine’s place was amazing! It was very clean and beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked. There were more than enough linens/towels. Everything looked just like the pictures. Check in was very easy with her clear instructions. We had a great time!Christine is a wonderful host and very nice! If I could give a rating of 10 instead of 5, I would. We live about seven hours away and over half way home, my husband realized he didn’t have his wedding band. When we got home, we looked through our things and did not find it. I messaged Christine about my husband’s ring. She reached out to her housekeeper and found the ring!! Not only that, without hesitation, she went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to us!! What she did for us speaks volumes about her character and her housekeeper as well! They’re awesome people!
