We had a great time, staying at Stephanie’s place. The home is exactly as described, having everything we needed. The area is safe and convenient to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and the highway, without feeling too busy. Thank you for a great vacation!

property was clean, and welcoming. pool was deep and inviting. game room provided a lot of entertainment. we had a great time, we asked a couple questions and had a response immediately every time. highly recommended.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

The house was exactly what we needed. Very quiet area, perfect to relax. My teenagers loved the pool. We even had a Manatee family visit at the dock. It's a 10 minute drive to the beach and we were able to watch a Starlink launch. We can highly recommend this place...sad part ..we had to leave.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

We had a great stay. Loved having a fresh eggs for breakfast and snacks for later. The king bed was super comfy, and the extra window ac was appreciated for the hot summer days. Thank you for being excellent hosts.

Truly steps from the ocean! My husband and I stayed here for a week and everything was great. Place was very clean, occasional cigarette smell from the neighbors, but it wasn’t too bad. Great locations, 5 minutes to lots of restaurants and stores, about 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. One of the best parts was I could see a Falcon 9 rocket launch from the back porch one early morning, it was awesome. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, though we had to leave it uncovered for a while to get the temp down from109 to 104. Absolutely wonderful value for proximity to the ocean and things to do.

I have already shared photos in my FB page, and will continue to share with my local friends! This was a God send for me! Only 15 minutes from my son! Stumbling over The Polished Pearl was such a delight! Talk about a home away from home! Thank you Marcia and Russ!

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

Loved this place! Definitely would stay here again, nothing is too far away, perfect back yard for the dogs to run around. Would recommend to anyone!

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

Anabel’s place was perfect, a short distance from the USSSA Baseball complex, the beach, restaurants, and Grocery Stores all we needed for our stay

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

We have visited Cocoa Beach for Memorial Day weekend every year for the least 4 years. Our usual vacation rental was booked so we took a risk with this new Airbnb and we are so happy we did. We were welcomed to a spotless, newly renovated home exactly as shown in photos. It instantly felt like an upgrade. The host left a kind note with snacks, some bottled water, and every single amenity we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. We also enjoyed the shower with the moveable shower head which made bath time with our 4 year old a breeze. The home is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is also super close to Coconuts and a variety of other bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. Host was super responsive and was kind enough to be flexible with check in time. This place was much more spacious, private, and modern than our usual economy rental for just a fraction more. It was a great value and we hope to be back again.
