Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The cabin is located in a cultural-historical area from the sailing ship and privateer era. There are good hiking opportunities nearby, proximity to amazing sandy beaches.

Stor tretopp-hytte med plass til 10 gjester. Hytta ruver fra 4 til 12meter over bakken iom at den står ved et lite stup. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Hytta er godt isolert,utstyrt med en vedovn,lite kjøkken med alt en trenger,innendørs toalett og hele 3 soverom samt en hems med plass til 3 personer. 60m unna står Harkmarks utsiktstårn

Great-grandfather's house - Cottage 1 km from Lindesnes lighthouse

Renovert hus fra 1890-tallet ca 250 m fra sjøen med panoramautsikt over havet. Ligger ca 1,5 km i gangavstand fra Lindesnes fyr (du ser fyret fra hagen). 2 min gange til sjøen med nydelig skjærgård. Flotte turmuligheter i nærområdet. Mulighet for å låne båt (15 fot) med 25 hk (leietaker betaler bensin + 2%olje, se annen informasjon) og kano etter avtale. Huset er innredet med moderne kjøkken og har gjennomgående god standard. Liten, lun hage med stor terrasse og fin utsikt til havet.

Modern cabin with good sun conditions. High standard, child-friendly and located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seats for approx. 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor areas. On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

Velkommen til oss! Funkieshus fra 2024, med store vinduer, mye sol og nydelig utsikt over sjøen. Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. Parkering inni garasjen og foran garasjeport. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein rundt huset igjen ved inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.

Moderne funkishus i Viga, Spind til leie. Huset er bygget i 2018 og holder høy standard. I 1. etasje finner du gang, vaskerom, bad, TV-stue med sovesofa og 3 soverom med 2 enkeltsenger i hvert rom. I 2. etasje er det stort kjøkken og stue med spiseplass og TV-område, samt hovedsoverom med dobbeltseng og stort bad. Stor terrasse med flere sittegrupper, jacuzzi, bålpanne og flott utsikt. Perfekt for familier eller venner som ønsker et komfortabelt opphold nær sjø og natur.

Koselig Sørlandshus i første rekke ved sandstrand på Sørlandet. Sydvendt terrasse med utsikt mot sjøen. Sol dagen lang. Innegjerdet hage. Lekeplass rett utenfor hageporten. Kjøkken, spiseplass, stue, 3 soverom, bad, WC, vaskerom og bod. Maks 8 gjester. Wifi, 2 kajakker, 4 bodyboards, brettspill og TV-spill. (Båt kan leies hos Lindesnes Hytteservice.)
