Beachfront holiday rental in Spartanburg

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

We booked Greg and Lisa's place because it was very near to family we were visiting at Christmas. And, even though it was right in the middle of the busiest Holiday season Greg and Lisa were very responsive with any request or questions we had. We were quite pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen is more well equipped than how it appears in the photos. There is a new 2 burner induction cooktop as well as a small countertop oven. We were eating with family elsewhere, but I feel I could have prepared a full meal in the kitchen if I had needed or wanted to. We also appreciated how comfy the big sectional sofa was. It was perfect for cuddling and watching a movie with our daughter whom we hadn't seen for a long time. Thanks Greg and Lisa! We will probably be back!

Donna was so sweet! We had no Issues but I feel like if we did, she would have addressed it immediately. Beautiful location, cute and cozy room. Looks just like the pictures. Wonderful place for a relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The breathtaking mountain view was unbelievable, and the house itself was so cozy and comfortable, with comfy furniture and beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, even for our large group. Having access to Rumbling Bald was a fantastic bonus – we really enjoyed the indoor pool and mini-golf. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth. We highly recommend this house for a peaceful family retreat. The only downside? Our kid was so sad when it was time to leave!!! Thank you, Kathleen, we will definitely come back.

Chalet was as described. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very clean and well equipped. Just wish there was water in the lake! Next time.

Staying at Melinda and Andy’s at Lake Lure is our family’s favorite summer tradition. This is our fifth summer and we look forward to it all year. Kayaking, floating, and swimming on the lake; family games and meals on the porch; seeing turtles, swimming with ducks, and catching lizards; outings to Chimney Rock, Asheville, and Black Mountain; hiking, lying or reading on the daybed porch swing; making a fire for s’mores lakeside. This is a special place and we are grateful to have made so many family memories here.

Very comfortable and cozy cabin. We loved the beach area and kayaking on the lake. Great amenities.
