Monthly Rentals in Spiaggia di Vindicio

The stay was pleasant, except for a few reservations, one room is quite noisy from the road, but otherwise fine. There was a bit of an issue with the use of the lawn by the kids. But I rate the place very positively and close to the sea and everything a person needs.

The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.

Gorgeous and spacious apartment. Stefano was easily accessible for anything and even provided pick ups at the train station. With stunning panoramic views from the balcony and picking fresh mandarins from the trees below it was an amazing stay! Great WiFi and even a washing machine. Definitely not a place for the physically challenged as in addition to the high up location there are also 3 flights of exterior stairs to the apartment, but definitely worth it for the view. Think of it as your 24 hour fitness room.

This apartment is really beautiful. 🥰New, with attention to the smallest details, a wonderful terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. Very clean and welcoming, and the air conditioners in each room made the stay even more pleasant, despite the heat of these days. The owner is always extremely kind. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant vacation 🥰
