Short Tuscan Rentals - La Terrazza sul Mare

EnzoRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

VILLA LE ROCCE

TommasoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Alla Vigna: tranquility and the sea just a stone's throw away

AntonellaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Villa with access to the sea and view of islands

FranzRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This small "stone house" is ideal for 2 people. Regarding the location - okay, you can have different opinions. On the one hand, wonderfully located, on the other hand, "remote". Very private, beautiful terrace for relaxing. Unfortunately, access to the sea is difficult, either very steep - not for older people, or all private, closed off by gates. The "private bay" with beach, bar and restaurant is very nice and also very good food. The people are very nice. But also not easy to reach. We were there for 11 days, combining smaller excursions with good food every day. Once we wanted to go to the sea and then we were on the road for almost 2 hours in the mountains, partly on a natural road, because all the entrances to the sea were closed by gates. This is something that really annoyed us. Shopping, restaurants in Porto S.Stefano about 7 km away, no problem. Very nice harbor town. But it was a nice stay. Negative; Total of mosquitoes destroyed P.S.

La Conchiglia d 'Argento

SoniaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Impeccable stay in an enchanting setting. The "Conchiglia d'Argento" apartment turned out to be even better than the photos suggested: attention to detail, cozy enough to make us feel at home, equipped with every comfort and perfectly integrated into the evocative scenery of Monte Argentario. The private and pleasant outdoor terrace was our peaceful corner: ideal for slow breakfasts or aperitifs at sunset. A special thanks to Elena, the co-host: discreet but constant presence, available, friendly and attentive. A true hospitality professional, with a human touch that makes all the difference. The apartment's location is strategic: quiet but well connected, perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the sea, nature and villages. An experience to remember, and - without a doubt - to repeat.

Ginepro Apartment Podere Giardino

Daniela and Giuliano's place is really a gem! The room is compact, with a small bathroom and kitchen, but perfect for two people. The view from the room is truly beautiful. Outside, you can sit in the sun or shade, with the same view over the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is wonderfully quiet and offers a nice place to relax. Daniela and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. They are happy to help you with everything and run their own small vineyard. The wine tasting with them is an absolute must! And the sweet kittens were the icing on the cake!
