Newly renovated apartment, ideal for 2 people or at most 2 people + child 0-3 years. In the heart of the historic center of the village of Maranola, among alleys and suggestive views, a stone's throw from the main square overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta. At the foot of the Aurunci Mountains, about 300 meters above sea level, it is an ideal village for those who love the mountains (starting point for CAI routes and trails) and the sea (beaches of Formia about 3-4 km, Gaeta about 11 km). Port of Formia is about 4 km away.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

There are four bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are garden facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house. The whole house is equipped with DVB-S (free world sat) TV and WIFI. The charming village of Scauri, is only short walk away. The kitchen has all the conveniences a guest could want, including, microwave, oven, grill and fireplace and can accomodate up to 11 people.

It can be chosen as a base for visiting Naples (96 km), Pompeii (124 km), or Rome (143 km), by car or train.
