Family-friendly holiday rentals in Spiss

Thanks so much for a great week! The apartment is super nice and as described! Carmen and her family were always there for us and offered us valuable tips and support. Especially great was the possibility to use the jacuzzi as well as to use the indoor swimming pool + sauna (highly recommended) in the AquaForum. Thank you very much and only recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay, which was very great despite the unexpected onset of winter and we were able to fully enjoy it. Michaela and the whole team took wonderful care of us. We'll be happy to recommend it!

We had a fantastic time at Alexander's cottage 🤩 it was all as described and one of the best accommodations we've ever been to. The equipment is to a high standard and we liked to use the strainer coffee maker, barbecue and hot tub on the terrace. Alexander was always easy and quick to reach and has a lot of great tips for the area. We felt incredibly comfortable and thank you for everything. Our dog also loved it 🐶

Walter is a very friendly and wonderful host. He reacted immediately if we had a question or concern, and he really made us feel at home. Highly recommended! Thank you, Walter!

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

Nice place in a quiet location. Michael was always friendly and available for questions by cell phone. Unfortunately, the wellness area was closed to us. I guess it's because of the coronavirus.

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Waltraud is the sweetest, warmest, and most good-natured person I have ever met. I would recommend it to anyone. And if you're lucky, Waltraud will sing you a song. At 97 years of age, it is impressive how fit she is and how much she cares about her guests. She is very open and honest. You have the feeling you are coming home and as soon as you see them you can only smile. The view from the window is fantastic and the surroundings are very quiet. I'll be happy to come back. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this in the heart of nature in Austria. There is amazing natural lighting throughout the day—sunrise and sunset views were simply magical through the large windows overlooking the mountains. The interior is thoughtfully furnished with cozy, comfortable seating and tasteful decor that makes the space feel welcoming. After long days exploring the outdoors, it was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was another highlight—fully stocked with quality cooking tools, pots, and utensils. It was a pleasure to cook meals there while taking in the alpine views. Cleanliness was top-notch. Everything from the bathroom to the linens and kitchen surfaces.

More than fully equipped, cosy apartment with great view from the small balcony. We were listening to classical music on the radio while admiring the mountains. Confortable sleeping places, fully equipped bathroom, quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for a resting weekend or some days of hiking.

We were guests at Peter's for the second time. It was beautiful again. Peter is very friendly, uncomplicated and was always easy to reach. The accommodation is perfectly located to walk into the city or to start hiking directly. We slept well and felt very comfortable.

As a family of four with two teenage children, we had a really nice time at the Alpakahof in Serfaus. The farm is quiet and very idyllic with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is spacious, super cozy and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage and retreats. On the large balcony you can also relax wonderfully in the winter sun. Also with the very trusting and cuddly cats of the house on your lap. Our great hosts were open and very helpful. If you want to go skiing, it's not far by car to the nearby gondolas. By car, you can quickly get to Serfaus or Fiss. In addition, there is a very nice hiking trail towards Serfaus near the house. A vacation at the Alpakahof is really worthwhile! We will be happy to come back :-)

We liked the lovingly designed farmhouse very much. It was rustic and very cozy. Many loving and authentic details have rounded off the ambience. The beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Kristin is a great host who has always been friendly and helpful to all concerns.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Everything was as described and really sparkling clean. Günter is a very nice host. Communication was great. Quick answers and precise instructions for parking, etc. Thank you☺️

Had a great time at Marion’s place. The pictures match the actual place and the service and communication are perfect. Me and my friends came here after a weekend of hiking for some relaxing and that’s exactly what we got. Marian was kind enough to even fix us some logs for a campfire!

very nice stay! recommended. ideal for two, but as an adult with two children it also went well. just a pity that we could not enjoy the swimming pool because of renovation works, but Petra definitely compensated for that. perfect base for beautiful walks nearby. recommended!!!

We were enthusiastic about the accommodation from the beginning, Brigitte welcomed us very kindly and explained everything well. She also always clarified all questions superbly, no matter what it was about. The location is perfect, everything is easy to reach and yet quiet. The apartment was sparkling clean and everything you need was available. The beds were very comfortable, we had a restful sleep. The garden is beautiful, the pool refreshing and also very clean, there were also plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The guest card, which you could use to use the buses and selected mountain railways, is also great. All in all, we recommend it without restrictions, we give it a full score and we will be happy to come back. A big thank you goes out to Brigitte again!

We had a nice time in the Allgäu and in the accommodation. Communication with Hans was always friendly and helpful. Messages were always very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean, we didn't miss anything. We felt comfortable immediately and would come back anytime!
