Spacious apartment, very comfortable, very well-equipped kitchen :) pet friendly, parking space.

Host Christine was always available, a very positive, fun and open person. A flexible check-in and check-out. We all felt like at home. A sparkling clean apartment, WELL maintained, high-quality kitchen utensils, bathroom is completely renovated and very clean. We were welcomed with sweets and drinks. Christine is a super host, always looking for everything. The location is GREAT, there is a direct free bus to the Zettersfeldbahn lift. In the basement there is a possibility to leave the skis/ shoes etc. in a separate room. Price-performance is really great. We will definitely come more often, also for hiking and weekend trip, as there is still a small garden with sun loungers and a small pond. In short, just beautiful.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and discreet. We felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the apartment was fantastic. The location is perfect for shopping and also for visiting Italy, which is nearby. The town of Lienz offers all amenities and is a pleasant place to explore. We would love to come back. 5*

Fantastic family vacation in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly by short arrangement. The Cosy Alpin apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cozily furnished - the direct view of the mountains completes this perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with a lot of love for detail and invites you to cozy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We received great tips for excursions in the area and otherwise you could contact Elisabeth at any time. Thank you for the hospitality - it was a completely successful holiday. Andrea's place is perfect. comfortable, spacious, beautiful, clean, quiet, the tableware is a spectacle, and the area... oh what a place, what a country... what respect, education, cleanliness, full of flowers, spectacular!!!!!!!

Great accommodation for a quick getaway. We spent 3 days 'above the same' and explored the area on foot and by bike. A beautiful mountain landscape!

We liked Melanie and Michael's accommodation very much. Communication with them and Bernadette was friendly and uncomplicated 😊 Kitchen is super equipped! From the apartment, you have a great view of the mountains (which I will miss painfully). The sweet Steinbock Café and other restaurants can be reached on foot. It is also not far to the high alpine road. We are thrilled to have gotten to know this idyllic place 🩷

We really enjoyed our holiday, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Giga was a very attentive host and surprised us with a wonderful dinner of homemade delicacies. We got great travel tips, we made the most of the Carinthia card, because almost everything was close to the accommodation. Beautiful surroundings, crystal clear streams, spectacular gorges, waterfalls, beach all nearby. Thank you very much for this great accommodation, we would gladly return.

We had a great time at Timea's! We had our own area in the basement of the house with its own key and house entrance - still never felt like we were too much in the house, fully given privacy. We would be happy to recommend the property and look forward to your next visit!

We returned to Oddny's house and we were satisfied again. There is nothing to change. The apartment is very tidy, well equipped and close to the slope. We had wonderful stay here.

An absolutely perfect stay! The studio was simply great – super clean, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was very hygienic and in perfect condition. The furnishings left nothing to be desired: from kitchen utensils to small extras, everything was really thought of. The detailed instructions for all devices and functions were particularly helpful - you immediately feel at home. In addition, the location was very quiet, ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime. Thank you for this great stay!

We had a happy five days staying in Kelsi’s apartment in Bad Gastein. It is tastefully decorated, light, well equipped, warm, has good hot water & lovely clean linen! The location is convenient for public transport and there are a few good restaurants nearby. I think we expected it to be closer to the main ski bubble and Spa supermarket both of which are an uphill walk - this is probably only challenging if you have kids & ski kit - but I may not have chosen the apartment if I had fully understood this necessity. We paid extra to leave our kit at the Ski lifts. A car is not essential but would have been a good idea. The bus was quick & convenient but infrequent so you had to be organised! Kelsi helped us with bus times and any questions we had which was kind. We visited in the last week of March which had its advantages (there were no queues for lifts) but the lower slopes had no snow & the village felt a bit like it lacked a vibe. Quite a few places had closed / were closing.

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen and balconies are wonderful in terms of sun location. Within walking distance of the lake and quiet location. No further criticisms.

Really nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay.

four of us enjoyed this beautiful accommodation. We were received very kindly and were immediately given a tour of the beautiful garden and the cozy apartment with a small garden. Everything was neat inside, lovely beds and everything available to get through the first day, such as, tea, herbs, cookies and sugar. The village of Gmund was very close by, there were shops and good restaurants. We really enjoyed the lovely surroundings and we took nice walks. We'll definitely come back to these lovely people.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment within the Monde hotel. Has full hotel services, including periodic cleaning and access to amenities. Hotel has swimming pools, games room, laundry, and even a bowling alley! Couldn’t recommend it any higher.

This property/room is in the Mondi Bellevue hotel, right in the town. The location is great, with everything walkable for those who can walk slopes as it is very steep. The hotel offers a shuttle (3€pp) to the bottom of the ski slope or wherever you need to go. The train station is also at the top of the town, the bottom of the ski slope. We never needed a car. The hotel amenities are really super, the spa getting a bit crowded around 17:00. The dining is very decent (you can go half-board). The hotel itself is very tastefully renovated. There is evening entertainment in the bar area almost nightly. plenty of great restaurants walking distance away (mind the steep hills). The room was very comfortable, it had all we needed. The only real complaint is the internet: we were not really able to use it much to stream anything or have video calls. We used a lot of our GB instead. If this gets addressed, it would make the stay completely amazing. We look forward to coming back soon

The connection to a hotel, with all the associated amenities, is already something special. If you have such good luck with the weather, you can feel really lucky 😀

We had a lovely stay and were completely satisfied. Great for a large group. Two of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom, which was great, and the other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. A village shop is just around the corner. We can only recommend the place.
