The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Old electricity house converted into a beautiful, small cottage in a beautiful, quiet place and yet within walking distance to a supermarket or a beautiful outdoor pool with beautiful lounge areas. Also good for the little ones and super centrally located. The surrounding villages offer different types of activities, from cozy mountain huts, outdoor activities, mountain tours, rafting, bike rentals and of course the beautiful lakes of Carinthia!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.
