it exceeded all expectations. the apartment is located near the center, the apartment has absolutely everything necessary for a stay), the apartment is very neat and clean. the apartment has a balcony with an incredible view of the sea. in addition, Rosana is a very pleasant, responsive and amazing person. she met us, helped us with our luggage and even fed us :) and also made walk for us. I have never met or expected such hospitality

This apartment is a perfect location so all the bars/restaurants in Old Town but also not right in the chaos! The balcony is great and has a wonderful view of the bay - we had a great stay here!

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

This place was in the perfect location, right outside the city walls. Everything was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place for my stay as a solo traveler. Just be aware that because of its close proximity to the city center, it can be a little noisy, so bring earplugs for sleeping. But you can’t beat the location for easy access to all the restaurants, shops, cafes, sightseeing and all of the boat tours.

We had a wonderful stay at Elvir's apartment! Despite being in the bustling center of the historic area of Split, the apartment was so quiet at night with the windows closed and AC unit on. We were steps away from amazing food and cafes, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We would 100% stay here again if we are ever in Split again and couldn't recommend it more to anyone else looking for a quaint place to stay in the center of the historic city. It was marvelous!

Ela’s place was great! Only a few minutes walk to the main part of town and some of the best views of the port. It was exactly as described, easy to check in and had good WiFi

This was a great stay. Neda's place is spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. She was very friendly and generous with recommendations. The location is wonderful... both quiet and a short walk to the main seaside promenade, and the rest that the old city has to offer. I would stay here again for sure! Thanks for everything Neda!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a short walk or €5 uber to old town. The apartment was so clean and well facilitated, and the beautiful view from the terrace was a highlight. Davorka was so friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any of our questions. She had kindly welcomed us with some essentials like milk, coffee etc and we were really grateful for this! Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Split.

I literally cannot say enough positive things about our stay. I have stayed in many Air BnB properties (some WAY more expensive) but this was the best by far. Firstly, the location is unbeatable. Everything is so close by. Secondly, the actual apartment is perfect. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at home. The shower was wonderful, the bed was perfect, everything was modern, like new and in immaculate condition. The place was stocked with SO many supplies it was as if somebody lived there. And it was SO quiet and peaceful, no doubt helped by the double glazed windows. Lastly, Vesna was the most welcoming, kind, generous and helpful host that I have ever come across. She was so responsive and always willing to answer my questions and took a genuine interest in our experience. The gifts and treats she left for us were so kind and unexpected. We were genuinely sad to leave, as we know this experience won’t ever be matched. Thank you Vesna - I truly hope to return in the future! xx

Good sized studio in brilliant location just a few minutes walk from Diocletians palace and the sea front. The street it's on is pedestrianised, and the studio is on the third floor at the back. You can hear a little of the hubbub wafting up from people queuing at the great fast food joints nearby but it's dead quiet by midnight. In the morning coffee bars were in abundance. The flat is very well furnished with much of high quality. All the windows have mosquito nets, the air-conditioning was very quiet, the shower was excellent and the bed big was comfortable with good quality linen. The kitchenette was fine for simple stuff and there was a good supply of cooking condiments like olive oil. The TV was large and worked well. We parked for an hour in a parking bay at the bottom of the street to unload. About 100m away. We then parked for free about 10 minutes walk away. Easy. You really couldn't expect more especially for such a modest cost. Highly recommended!

Hella and Igor’s place was great. They were both extremely responsive and helped us with great recommendations. The place was clean and exactly how they described it. It’s only a quick 15 min walk to the city center and has a lift which is great. We were worried about it getting hot with only one common AC but it worked fine for us. The only issue is that you have to keep the door open at night so the two rooms don’t allow for privacy. But we were a group of friends so it was okay for us. Would recommend the place and would gladly stay here again.

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

Wonderful location, spacious flat. Very responsive host. Wine, beer and juice , cold water on arrival . Much appreciated Everything very good. Supermarket downstairs very convenient. The steps up were worth it. Had a great stay

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

I am so happy to have found Ivona's apartment, it was in an excellent location, on a quiet street. Ivona made some great suggestions on where to eat. it is the perfect place for a stay in Split, will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, including [shops/restaurants/transport]. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
