Tiny house holiday rentals in Split

I was in Split with my mother for a week and stayed at Milan and Ana's tiny house. I highly recommend this place and would book again anytime. There is everything you need in terms of amenities and is very nicely furnished. There is a Lidl 350 meters from the property and you can be on the beautiful city promenade Riva in 20 minutes. Check-in went smoothly, Milan and Ana were already at the accommodation and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and we even got towels for the beach. Milan was always easily accessible and responded very promptly. Due to the beautiful accommodation, the vacation went very stress-free. A big thank you to Milan and Ana for letting us stay at the tiny house.

We had a great stay at Borka's home. Upon arrival we were warmly and very hospitably welcomed by Borka and her partner. They had lots of fun and original tips for things to do nearby. The house itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, just outside the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of several beaches, the boukevard of Okrug Gornji and a supermarket. Nearby there is beautiful nature and there are nice visits to cities or villages (possibly by boat), such as Trogir and Split. Highly recommended for everyone!

Roko was a fantastic host good bloke down to earth couldn't have been more helpful the unit was well placed 5 minutes to supermarket 5 and a bit to the beach

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Such a fun and gorgeous spot to stay! When you arrive you won't be disappointed by the breathtaking view of the Adriatic. It feels like you are in the wilderness with lovely plants, trees, and hammock, yet it's just a short drive away from Split. We immediately hiked down to a little private beach below and took a swim. The beach is a bit rocky but totally worth it. Gordan was very helpful when we arrived, he met us at a very close market nearby, and we followed his car directly to the Airbnb where we had private parking. He showed us around and gave us tips and a local restaurant to try. House is so cozy and with the breeze flowing through the windows very serene. We enjoyed our time here immensely!

Domagoj was a fantastic host, proactively communicating with kindness and making sure it was easy to check in as well as verifying that we were settled. The apartment itself is charming and cozy with its stone walls and lofted bed. Plus the kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. The clothing washer and clotheslines were great perks as well. The location is ideal with its proximity to incredible food, old town, and the sea. Could not recommend more.

It was a really enjoyable stay and I really loved the decoration of the apartment! Furthermore the apartment is very central making it very easy to reach the most famous spots by foot.

This perfect apartment with a fantastic, idyllic garden is the ideal place to find relaxation and tranquility. Several beaches are very close; Trogir is accessible on foot or by bus, Split by ferry or bus. Anja, her mother Ljerka and her husband are incredibly hospitable: fresh fruit from the garden, numerous recommendations for sights and above all their warmth enriched our vacation and made it an unforgettable time. We will always remember the dinner together with Dalmatian fish from the grill in a family atmosphere. We had a fantastic vacation there and were 110% satisfied with everything! We recommend the place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet stay on a beautiful island in a very well-equipped apartment with friendly hosts hosts. We will definitely be happy to come back! The place was absolutely stunning. It was everything we hoped for and had everything we expected. The house is perfect for a couple’s get away It’s a rocky drive but it was completely worth it and expected as Ivo mentioned it on the page and is expected for a house in the mountains. We had no problems getting up and down daily There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and is very close to other large supermarkets as well as towns and cities like Trogir We cant wait to come back!

I spent 4 nights with my dog. The tranquility and the view are simply sensational! The garden is so lovingly designed and the outdoor kitchen is a dream. The small cottage is very tastefully decorated. Split can be reached in 30 minutes. Communication with Josip was perfect! There's nothing wrong with coming back!

Beautiful and modern tiny house, clean and equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is idyllic, the air conditioning ideal in hot weather. Everything as described! Communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly 🙂

It's a gem. If you are looking for a tranquil and lonely stay away from mainstream and noise, look no further. Ilija is a wonderful host, and even though we did not get to see him in person, he communicated quickly and effectively, and was very helpful with any requests. The house is located away from any neighbours (the nearest neighbour is about 150m down the road), and offers breathtaking sea and sunset views from the balcony. It's solar powered, which means that when there was a general outage on the island for two days, we did not even notice it until we were told by Matko, Ilija's friend. The nearest beach, Mala Rina, is 5 min walk, while Vela Rina, the big beach, is 15 min walk. A local market and a bread kiosk can be found at the port, they operate limited working hours, and it's about 25 min to get there on foot. There is also a man selling tomatoes, potatoes and fish from his boat. So while you can get basic products and other stuff on the island, the choice is rather limited, that's why bringing groceries and food supplies is strongly recommended. All in all, it's a perfect holiday well worth repeating!

We had our own little island with a private boat. I highly recommend the accommodation. It was lovely.

Charming little quiet house although within a 10-minute walk from the historic center. Secure parking in the garden. Very pleasant exterior enjoying a pergola with a large table. Lovely place. Plus, the washing machine

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

Our host was super, friendly and very heplful. It was easy to contact with him by airbnb and personally. The place is quiet, close to the old town, shops and open air market. Outside shower is just amazing, very usefull when you want to grill shrimps in the garden. There is enough place to park even a big car. House is small but it's not too small. Air conditioner works good. House was clean. We're grateful for that two weeks in Trogir. We would come back again. See you Milano Italiano!

Could not have faulted the stay at this wonderful little Air BNB. Everything was as described, 2 minute walk from the beach and great bars and restaurants. I very much enjoyed my time here and hope to return to this gorgeous petite Croation villa.
