Holiday rentals with beach access in Split

The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood, there is a beatiful park in front of the balcony. Balcony is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sonunda of the birde singing. The house is the same as it is on the photos. It is clean and has everything we need to have in a house. We recommend it to others looking for a clean and cozy house in Split.

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

Stunning property and very responsive host. One minor issue was the shower not draining quick enough which led to water flowing round the glass panel. I would imagine something like this will be addressed for future guests.

great location, tucked in a little alleyway, in a courtyard. Quiet at night. just outside of the old town area. close to the markets which was great for cheaper coffee and wonderful fresh fruit. Apartment was compact but clean and the washing machine was very handy ( one of the reasons we booked) only comment would be to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower soap.

The apartment was simply fantastic! The location is top-notch. The supermarket is right next door, and restaurants and the old town are a few minutes' walk away. The surroundings are very quiet, so you don't notice any of the hustle and bustle of the old town, and the apartment was very, very clean. Desa is a wonderful and attentive host and is always available if you have any questions. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Fantastic place right in the heart of Split with ancient ruins literally right outside our door. The condo was spotless & presented as shown in the photos. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

4 of us stayed in Split at Gorans and Jana’s apartment for 6 nights last week. We absolutely love it. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The location was perfect! 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. We like being away from the crowds. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and the apartment was spotless! It was nice to have the washer to wash your clothes and a clothes line to dry them. They had coffee, tea and cookies for us upon arrival. 2 grocery stores 2-3 blocks away to buy food/drinks. Check in was very easy with codes to get in. If we had questions about dining, cash machines etc, they would answer immediately. When we come back to Split, we would definitely stay here again! We give it a 10 out of 10 rating!!

Silvija’s place was great for our group. It was spacious, clean and has everything you need. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance, the AC was great, there is a beautiful patio with an outdoor dining table that we loved. The location was perfect and very central. I would definitely recommend. There was some construction on a nearby building but it did not interrupt us.

As described. Clean, comfortable, tranquil. Contains everything you need. Welcoming hosts, wine and cookies as gifts.

We had a great night at Ivana's place. Great accommodation, faithful to the photos and description, very functional apartment and there is everything you need. Excellent cleanliness. Ivana is a great host, her husband is super friendly too! They are very accommodating with arrival times and are very helpful. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect, can't wait to come back if we have the opportunity! Thank you for everything

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

Small charming cottage and sea view/cliff view veranda on a big hillside property. 125+- subtropical steps down to a wonderful beach with expansive swimming area, bar, restaurant, change rooms, bathrooms (distant nature beach - you’ve been alerted/notified). Easy attractive 40 minute walk down to Diocletian’s Palace and quick convenient bus return. The cottage is well-appointed and very comfortable.

The location was easily walkable to the ferry port for our boat to Hvar and then our all day boat tour. Located close to downtown area where shopping and restaurants are plenty. Easy to find and safe parking spot included down the street from apartment. Perfect spot for our time in Split, Croatia.

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Great place! Very spacious, to us it was much bigger than the photos! Walkable to old town which was great. Goran is very responsive and helpful and check-in/out was very easy.
