Great location, comfortable and homey!

Lisa was very helpful and considerate . The property is perfect for bringing your dogs as the back yard is properly fences and hazard free. The interior is clean and well maintained and all the appropriate are top of the line.

The home was perfect, clean & exactly what we needed for a girls weekend away. the little hearts to leave was adorable!

Great value and close to the Spokane Sport Horse Farm. We were there for a horse show and didn't need to spend a ton of time there but appreciated the close proximity to where we spent most of our day!

This was the vacation of a lifetime. Our grown children and my older parents, who no longer travel, all met there. It was a slice of paradise. A perfect family getaway. The house feels like a house and yet it is intimate. Thank you for one of the best times with our parents.

We had a great time staying at Crystal's place! The house worked well for our needs, everything was as described and we enjoyed especially the comfortable master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. We were a bit concerned about the house next door when we first arrived, which looks very run down. The house manual addresses the situation and we did not have any concerning or negative interactions or experience, it was just something that caught us a bit off guard not knowing about it ahead of time and getting there in the evening.

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

The cabin was rustic, cozy, and secluded at the top of the hill which we loved! The check in process was a breeze and staff at the campsite were super friendly. Perfect distance from town too. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay here.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

Dave and Melissa's place was worth every penny. I can't recommend this place enough. they bent over backward to make sure it was a comfortable stay and we were never in need. made some new friends and their dogs are the best!

We have zero complaints, this was a fantastic home to stay in! The home was very clean! We especially loved the fully fenced yard for our 3 dogs. It’s already hard to travel with 3 dogs but the yard and dog friendly home made it so much more relaxing.

Was a great place to stay

Stayed at Kelly’s place for two weeks while we were waiting to close on a house. The location and neighborhood is great: right across from Manito Park, close to supermarkets, close to neighborhood restaurants and a bakery and walkable to downtown. Very private space with easy parking. Would definitely recommend staying here while in town.

This a great space. Spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. We parked our car and walked or biked everywhere we wanted to check out while we were there. Quick and easy walk to the arena, Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail, and the hip Kendall Yards area. Will happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and very accessible to all the great areas of Spokane. The house has been recently remodeled and is very well cared for. Would love to stay here again!

I was in the area for a family reunion and this place was the perfect retreat at the end of each day to get some needed solitude and peaceful relaxation.

We only used the room with one queen. It was a very comfortable mattress. The porch swing is a delightful perch with a view of Manito Park. The kitchen has thoughtful amenities like individual condiments handy for picnics and paper cups for coffee to go, along with nice ceramic mugs too, of course.

After staying at Vince’s place next door and having a fantastic experience, we decided to try this one out and it did not disappoint. This home has a totally different vibe: super cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a laid-back family weekend or group getaway. You can tell Vince put the same care into creating a relaxing space that balances comfort, privacy, and fun. The backyard setup is amazing, a hot tub, a cold plunge, a large sauna, and a private patio that’s great for meals or just hanging out under the stars. Then a second hot tub off the primary suite balcony! We loved how quiet it felt, even being so close to all the CDA action. Plus, the detached room with the pool and ping pong tables was a fun bonus space, great for late night games. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. The layout worked great for our group, especially with the extra privacy in the detached space. Vince was, once again, an awesome host. If you’re considering this spot, book it!
