What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

This place is so beautiful.It has the most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We delayed our check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. It's very, very beautiful here, whether it's the equipment, decoration, environment, scenery, it's very stunning, it's worth it, it's very, very good.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Even if only for one night we had a good time, Andrea was very responsive in recommending places to visit and to eat and was very precise in the description of the house

Lovely stay at Walter’s place. He is a wonderful host. Place immaculate and could park outside with ease! Highly recommend!

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast cookies. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

We had a very good time, everything matches the description and services offered. Everything was clean.

In a fictional medieval setting with the castle of Arronne rising behind us , the morning fog submitting us dramatically we lived moments of exceptional and unforgettable . With a point of stay the apartment we made excellent routes in the incredible nature riverside on the Nera River, we visited with long hikes on the mountain to Monteluko, Spoleto, the waterfalls of Marmore, Lake Piedi Loukos, Spelo and we left the room to go Assisi . Staying incredibly quiet with great restaurants coffee bars in the area . The owner was extremely polite explanatory present through phone contact at any time he was useful for issues regardless of the stay and the apartment but very important for the quality of our vacation and the ease of our transportation.

We were very well received by Ilaria and her mother. The explanations were perfect and complete. Accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Delightful host and perfect home for a retreat away from the city. Tidy, clean and characteristic. They even brought us croissants for breakfast!

Erica’s was the perfect home base. Erica provided snacks, coffee, cold drinks and, most impressively, home made olive oil! The accommodation was very spacious and clean, comfortable, and quiet. With all the amenities of home. I could not recommend Erica’s more.

Great view of the valley, great swimming pool and Christian and his family are very nice!

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn't be better, it was just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino, so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it leads to an inner courtyard. I recommend taking the parking lot recommended by Francesco because indoors and nearby, for only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, beautiful view, sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara incredible! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with salt oil, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
