What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Anche se solo per una notte ci siamo trovati bene, Andrea è stato molto reattivo nel consigliarci posti da visitare s per mangiare ed è stato molto preciso nella descrizione della casa

Appartement agréable pouvant loger jusqu'à 4 personnes. Bonne literie. Lieu calme. Belle vue sur Spello et proche pour visiter. Également à 10min de la gare pour les arrivées par le train. Hôtes adorables. Je recommande.

Gli host di casa Lieta sono stati molto reattivi e proattivi. Ci ha fatto il check in la moglie, che è stata gentilissima in quel momento e anche durante le comunicazioni successive. Ci ha aiutato dandoci indicazioni e ci hanno fatto trovare anche i biscotti per la colazione. Unica pecca del soggiorno sono stati alcuni elementi della biancheria che forse avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere ricontrollati dopo il lavaggio. Detto questo, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei e la consiglio a tutti!

Μέσα σε ένα μυθοπλαστικό μεσαιωνικό περιβάλλον με το κάστρο του Αρρονε να υψώνετε πίσω μας , την πρωινή ομίχλη να μας υποβάλλει δραματικά ζήσαμε στιγμές εξαιρετικέ και αξέχαστες . Με σημείο διαμονής το διαμέρισμα πραγματοποιήσαμε εξαίσιες διαδρομές στην απίστευτη φύση παραποτάμιες στο Νέρα ποταμό’, επισκεφτήκαμε με μακρινές πεζοπορίες στο βουνό για Μοντελουκο , το Σπολετο , τους καταρράκτες του Μαρμορε , τη λίμνη Πιεδι Λουκο , το Σπελο και αφήσαμε το δωμάτιο για να πάμε Ασσίζη . Διαμονή απίστευτα ήσυχη με εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια μπαρ καφέ στην περιοχή . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενής επεξηγήματικος παρών μέσω τηλεφωνικής επαφής οποιαδήποτε στιγμή μας ήταν χρήσιμος και για θέματα άσχετα με την διαμονή και το διαμέρισμα αλλά πολύ σημαντικά για την ποιότητα των διακοπών μας και την ευκολία των μετακινήσεων μας .

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ilaria et sa maman. les explications ont été parfaites et complètes. Le logement était conforme à la description, grand, propre, calme et bien équipé. Les environs sont magnifiques. merci pour tout.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Ospite deliziosa e casa perfetta per un ritiro lontano dalla città. Ordinata, pulita e caratteristica. Ci hanno anche portato dei cornetti per colazione!

Erica’s was the perfect home base. Erica provided snacks, coffee, cold drinks and, most impressively, home made olive oil! The accommodation was very spacious and clean, comfortable, and quiet. With all the amenities of home. I could not recommend Erica’s more.

Toller Blick ins Tal, toller Swimmingpool und Christian und seine Familie sind sehr nett!

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

L’appartamento è un tipico monolocale appaltato dal gusto genuino e rustico tipico della zona. Ho adorato il letto soppalcato, le travi a vista, il caminetto e la vista meravigliosa sui colli. Fabio è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Consiglio questo appartamento per un weekend lungo se si vuole visitare Terni, Narni, Perugia e le cascate!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn't be better, it was just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Alloggio come da descrizione. Proprio di fianco a San Rufino quindi in pieno centro, ma silenziosissimo di notte perché dà verso un cortile interno. Consiglio di prendere il parcheggio consigliato da Francesco perché al coperto e vicino, a soli 10 euro al giorno. Terrazzo grande e vivibile con sedie e divanetto, panorama splendido, tramonto su Assisi e Santa Chiara incredibile! Vale il prezzo pagato. Cucina completa con olio sale ecc. e Francesco persona gentile e cordiale!
